I’ve ordered from The Real Flower Company a few times now and they never disappoint. The flowers are incredibly fresh, beautifully arranged, and have that proper natural scent you just don’t get with supermarket bouquets. Delivery is always reliable and the presentation is spot on—perfect for gifts. You can really tell the quality is a step above. Highly recommend!

Wrote a review to say my bouquet died…
Wrote a review to say my bouquet died within 3 days of arriving with some of the roses already headless. Was told to contact customer services - thing is I'd already done that and got no joy from them. So 100% useless company - rubbish flowers, non existent customer services and very over priced.

Just One time out of very many many .
I have used The Real Flower Company since it took over from David Austin.David Austin were always excellent and so I found with the real flower co., having had such bad experiences with local florists and one with M&S. However, this last time I used your service the flowers I sent to Mrs. Julie Copley barely lasted four days. This was a very big disappointment because every one to whom I have sent flowers from you has been delighted with them and has rung me to tell me so!
I am going to have to send some more to a friend whose birthday is coming up very shortly and I don't have the time to trawl through florists. I do hope she will be pleased with them though I am sure she will be. That was the only complaint I have ever had in all the time I have been using your services. I can't remember the exact date but it was very shortly before Christmas because she had suffered a bereavement.
Otherwise, I have always found your service excellent and every one delighted with their flowers!

Svar fra The Real Flower Company
Dear Christine, thank you very much for taking the time to share such detailed feedback, and for your long-standing loyalty to us since the David Austin days — it truly means a great deal.
We’re very sorry to hear about the recent experience you described, particularly as the flowers were sent at such a sensitive time. That is certainly not what we would wish for, and we understand how disappointing this must have been, given your previous consistently positive experiences.
We’re grateful that you’ve shared this with us, and we’re pleased to hear that otherwise our service and flowers have always been well received. If you haven’t already been in touch with our customer care team, we would very much welcome the opportunity to look into this for you. Thank you again for your continued trust in us — we hope your upcoming order brings the joy and quality you’ve come to expect.
Best wishes,
The Real Flower Co.

Gift vouchers can’t be used at the company’s shops.
I bought a gift voucher for a friend’s ‘big’ birthday in December instead of a bouquet as no flowers at year end are that special. It arrived on time having been easy to order. However I was really disappointed that the vouchers can’t be used at the company’s shops in London.

Dear Edielf, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
We’re pleased to hear the gift voucher was easy to order and arrived on time, but we’re sorry for the disappointment regarding its use in our London shops.
Although already stating on our website that vouchers can be redeemed online only, we will aim to make it more clear on the product itself.

Lovely flowers
Having received a wreath as a present I decided to gift some flowers.
They too are lovely however, I’d asked for them to be delivered in a specific place where they would been seen by the recipient, however instructions were ignored and they were put in a shed. They were there for 2 days, I really hope this doesn’t change the longevity of the flowers.
