I left a deposit and their customer service team was there for any and every question I asked.so now I'm on my first part of the treatment plan but they are helping me with a flight. Cause they take care of pick up from the airport and take to me to the hotel and arrange a ride to the clinic so far I'm very pleased with everything and I will write another review when everything is done and I have a big smile with Pearl whites 😁

This is just for the bad customer service. I wrote a complaint because they don’t want to speak with people and I’m still waiting a reply since the 16th April. The previous reply I got from the management was so useless cause instead of addressing my points they told me that they knew I was speaking with a consultant. Your email full of words without any actual action do not help me. It seems they are unorganised as well, I was speaking with Giana and she told me I would get a reply in 2 days. She disappeared and I’m still waiting since the 16th April. On another hand I was speaking with Sandy who told was out of office until the past Thursday and radio silence until today 27th April. Be careful with this people it’s like flipping a coin. Since I complained that the surgery didn’t go well I felt abandoned by them. They say they would help me but since December it’s just empty words. It’s like the deny the photos evidence.

Update 6th May: until today no reply either from Giana or Sandy. Tried to reach them on all the whatsapp number available but no reply. I can see that on what's app all my messages have only one gray tick. I think they blocked me because they didn't like the review. No support at all!

Yonela has been my travel concierge throughout the entire experience and has been amazing! She answered every single question promptly, provided great feedback and did a ton of research for me for each country I was considering. I ultimately decided on having work done in Izmir which starts next week. I cannot say enough good things about the experience so far and have passed along the name of the company and specifically Yonela’s name to work with.

I had contacted several places online and all were very pushy and money focused but Ibrahim responded to every question I had (and there were many) he was very knowledgeable and gave me all the information I needed and even came in under budget. Amazing service!

Ich hatte eine OP im Februar über Qunomedical gebucht.
Vorab: Ich bin mit dem Ergebnis des Chirurgen bislang sehr zufrieden, auch die deutsche Übersetzerin des Memorial Krankenhauses hat super Arbeit geleistet!

Es sind allerdings auch viele Dinge nicht gut gelaufen. Zum einen kamen noch mehrere, nicht vorab kommunizierte Kosten auf mich zu, zudem hat Qunomedical viel versprochen (z.B. sich nach der OP noch einmal zu melden), was nie passiert ist.
Mir wurden kurz vor der OP die Risikoaufklärungen unter die Nase gehalten, die ich dann, ohne sie lesen zu können, innerhalb von einer Minute unterschreiben musste. Auch nach der OP hatte ich starke Schmerzen und niemand hat mich verstanden, da der englische Übersetzer nicht da war.
Eine ausreichende Aufklärung und Bearbeitung meiner Kritik gab es nie.

Mein Rat: Bucht eure OP direkt über das jeweilige Krankenhaus - es ist günstiger und von Qunomedical kann man sowieso keinen Service erwarten. Eine Buchung über Qunomedical hatte für mich keinerlei Vorteile und bei den zumeist guten Bewertungen wurde ich leider enttäuscht.

Hallo,ich und meine Tochter haben uns entschieden eine Nasen OP zu machen. Die Abwicklung hat sehr toll funktioniert. Die Gespräche waren immer sehr freundlich und unterstützend. Die OP ist sehr gut verlaufen. Vor allem sind wir sehr dankbar dem Dr.Ömer Çelikal und dem Dr.Belizar für ihre tolle Arbeit.Der Aufenthalt war auch sehr angenehm außer auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten. Aber trotz dessen waren wir sehr zufrieden. Auch ein Dank an die Dolmetscherin Songul.G. Sie war stets für uns da wenn wir was wissen wollten. Vielen Dank an alle.

Having tried to look into this before, I was very much put off by the near constant messaging and repeated explanations on the procedure. If you’re there then you’re surely aware. Unlike this example the information was concise and steered directly to the price (Sorry but if you’re considering this option price is clearly a factor)Talked me through various options. Was patient and didn’t pressure sell. Gave adequate time to decide. Arranged everything's perfectly start to finish. Regularly updated on improved pricing even after agreeing. Couldn’t ask for a better sales rep to deal with. Ibrahim should have his calls included in the training manual for this company.

I will start with my consultant, Ibrahim, who was very good and very professional. Despite the occasional amendments and cancellations during my booking trip, Ibrahim never let me down. He held my hand until the last day, when I told him I had gotten a visa and was ready to go.

Arrival in Antalya: the meet and greet at the airport were amazing (I forgot my driver's name, who picked me up), but he was there on time, and he took me to the hotel comfortably and safely.

My stay at Lara Park Hotel was amazing. The room was so comfortable, and the service was unbelievable. The staff were so friendly and very professional. The language barrier was not a problem at all; everyone used every means possible to satisfy my needs. I am so happy, and please send my regards to them, especially Halit, as I spend a lot of time troubling him with my questions.

What can I say about my driver, who was picking me up every day to and from the clinic? This gentleman was amazing. Always very punctual, smart, and charming.

In the clinic, Meliksali Delice is the coordinator (I hope I got his name right). He is very organised, professionally friendly, and very good at customer care. Everything went very smoothly because of him. He is amazing. From the point of arrival at the clinic to the day I finished my treatment, he was so good. Well done, brother. Your job is amazing.

Man of the Show Dr. Efsone Koraokgu (again, not sure if the spelling is correct): What an amazing doctor! He was very professional; he explained everything he had done to me, and he was always keeping me updated on everything he was doing. I have learned a lot from this team, as I am also in the same industry (student nurse). Thank you so much. He gave me back my smile. Send my regards to him, please, without forgetting his scrub nurse. Well done. Without forgetting the person who was sending me update pick-up times from the Hotel to the clinic.

Everyone was amazing. I promise to recommend you to my family and friends, and when I return to Antalya for a holiday, I will stop by the clinic to say hello

When researching Dental Implants I had found that going to Turkey was in fact a real option. I contacted Qunomedical and from the start the staff were completely friendly and answered all of my questions (which were many). They helped me communicate with Dentaglobal in Izmir, Turkey sending my x-rays and history. They ultimately made booking my procedure seamless and took all of my worries away with their help. I could not be more grateful in their help with obtaining my new smile!! Thank you all at Qunomedical!!

Honestly the best £2000 I've ever spent, from the first contact to the after care absolutely fantastic. I had my hair transplant 10 months ago now and I couldn't be happier with the results.

they are very professional, the surgery is spotless. they have a selection of hotels. and the drivers collect you from the airport and the hotel to take you to your appointments are always on time and very helpful. the booking process is easy and the team help you all the way, and answer any questions you may have.

My experience with Qunomedical was great! At first I was scared, because I would go alone to turkey for my operation. But everything went perfectly fine! Everyone is looking for you & checking on you. Big thanks to Onur Bostan! He never let me alone, he was always there for me & was super caring! My experience couldn't be better. I did rhinoplasty by Mehmet Palali & I am super happy with my Result! He is a awesome Doctor & really knows what he‘s doing. Big thanks to him!
