What a fantastic experience I had with Seher at Dentx Istanbul. I would highly recommend, the care and the support was amazing. For someone who is petrified of the dentist Seher was there to support me for the whole of my journey. Thank you.

Well, I don’t have any words to describe how much you guys helped and how grateful I am for all your support and help and especially the international patient coordinator Seher she is incredible friendly person and she has an amazing 😻 personality and I wish all the best for her and I will recommend her for anyone who wants to go for dental treatment and hair treatments and she is the best person I ever seen in my life 🙏❤️

The dentist, Hudayi, was brilliant He made me feel at ease, talked me through everything, and supported my decisions
The overseas coordinator and the translator, Seher and Selin, were both absolutely lovely personable and professional and we developed a lovely friendship over the two visits The transfers and hotel were well coordinated The dental nurse Ezra was also lovely and good at her job
I had full dental implants, complicated by low jaw density and needing zygomatic implants My first visit included having the implants fitted and my first set of temporary teeth and 4 months later my second visit included a second set of temporary teeth altered to a better shape and then with Hydayi’s advice we decided what slight adjustments to make for the final teeth I didn’t want them unnaturally white and I hoped the length and size would make them more prominent than my original very small teeth
I’ve ended up with the perfect shape,fit, and shade for me and they’re even better than I could have hoped for-I can smile again!
I am so grateful for the trust and support I received and absolutely delighted with the final results

I made up my mind to have Surgery & Dental treatment abroad, I did not know where to go for support. Fortunately I came across Qunomedical after trying other supports which turned out not very organised. I was assigned a coordinator to help me find the right Dental team & Surgeons, my co-ordinator was fantastic from the “ Get go” all my questions were answered and constant communication was consistent, returned my calls and responded to all my messages in a timely manner, alleviating any anxieties finding the right provider for my needs and he did a wonderful job. Before arriving for my procedures abroad I was checked on to ensure I was happy and comfortable and ready to go. Once I arrived I was checked on and given emergency numbers. Following my procedures I was checked on to ensure I was well and happy with my providers and the procedures. In addition I was advised if I gave any concerns following my home return if I had a problems/ issues I could contact them. Thank you so much for your care and support and finding me fantastic providers.

This was a complete and total scam.

First of all, they did find me a fantastic dentist, which I am grateful for. This is where the praise ends.

I worked with my patient manager Vita to get everything squared away for the implant I needed. She gave me a detailed quote, and on July 30, 2025 I paid a 250 Euro deposit to Quno. When I arrived at the dentist on August 13, 2025, they had absolutely no record of why I was there, and they had no record of the deposit. So I paid the entire amount and reached out to Quno, and was promised it would be taken care of.

Fast forward to this week when I went back on February 9, 2026. Still no record of any deposit. I had reached out to Quno as my trip was approaching and again was assured everything would be fine. I emailed three different email addresses at Quno on February 9, 2026 because I had to go back today, February 12, 2026, and did not get a single reply. And when I went back still no record of the deposit. So I paid the entire amount for the procedure.

So basically Quno stole 250 Euros (about $300 USD) from me.

I would like someone from Quno to write me back, and I request a refund of the 250 Euros.

Qunomedical markets itself as a “we take care of everything” service, but when a treatment plan breaks down, you are very much on your own. A two-visit plan was sold as straightforward and sufficient, without disclosing that a routine additional procedure could derail it entirely and force extra trips and costs.

We booked dental implant treatment abroad through Qunomedical specifically because of the promise of simplicity and coordination. My mum based her decision, savings, and travel on a clearly defined two-visit plan.

Once at the clinic, an additional procedure not included in the original plan was recommended and carried out. We were not told that this procedure could prevent implant placement on that trip. Following it, my mum experienced a flare-up and infection, and implants could not be placed on one side.

At that point, the two-visit plan effectively collapsed and we were told a third visit would be required, entirely at our own expense, or that she would need to extend her stay. Had we been informed upfront that this was a realistic risk, we would have made a different decision or declined the procedure.

What was most disappointing was the lack of support once this happened. There was no help coordinating continuation of care elsewhere and no practical assistance. When we raised a formal complaint and asked for escalation, responses were slow and ultimately dismissive, repeatedly restating that “plans can change” without addressing the failure to disclose the risk beforehand.

To be clear, complications happen in medicine. The issue here is selling certainty and protection, then stepping back when that certainty disappears. If everything goes to plan, the service works. If it doesn’t, the “patient protection” offers very little. I’ve previously had a positive experience with Qunomedical, which makes this more disappointing.

So far so great !!
All the préparations is going very well with Mohamad. He has been very dedicated to help me with my visit on January 25th.

Alles absolut Top und zur vollsten Zufriedenheit man fühlt sich dort sehr gut aufgehoben Fragen werden in kürzester Zeit beantwortet und alle Angestellten sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend es gibt nichts zu verbessern

Great service and quick to respond, not my first time using them.

I have a friend who has had major dental work done in Turkey with great results which made this process fairly straight forward. I worked with Felix who is great!! He offered a lot of information and answered all of my questions and concerns quickly and confidently. He also provided his personal experiences which made the process move forward easily and comfortably.

My experience was great my dentist was great she Was funny and gentle🥰 I fell asleep in the. Chair!! back for checkup in 18 months thanks Abrahim even though I never met him…. lol 😂and many thanks to viva medical Antalya Mete and the girls you know who you are not very good with names but trust them and teeth look fantastic big xxx 😘 to my gang of wonderful dentist 💃💃💃👌❤️

I used this company in 2025 ….the dentist I used was Medic Antalya they placed my implants wrong also gave me a mouth full of acrylic screw in dentures causing me pain 24/7 my hairs fallen out …..the stitching came out the implant came threw they tried to say it was one of my own implants I’ve been honest the whole of my journey….medic Antalya brought me into a room recorded me told me if I went onto social media they would sue me thousands pointing his finger raising his voice …..& bullied me …..this clinic Qunomedical done nothing for me they didn’t stand by me I paid £12000 I am not stopping until I get refund or my implants fixed which I paid for …..am spreading awarness am now left with PTSD because there cover up mistakes …. The trauma to my body was shocking …..they kept covering there tracks they put the teeth in said get used to it know they didn’t fit one side is longer than the other the bite is of the pain the infection it’s shocking I have photos x rays recording of them threaten me ………my name is Philomena Gillen I have nothing to hide …….I was honest I was failed & let heart broken now at a cost thousands to fix this mess …

At the start everything was brilliant, all-day support and great customer service. It shifted pretty quick when I had a flight to Turkey. The driver who was supposed to be waiting for me at the airport did not show so I had to drive to the hospital by myself. I spent about 3 hours there because no one knew I was coming or even what's going on. You can only imagine, being alone in foreign country with no help and people don't even know what are you there for. After 3 hours, a conversation with the owner of hospital and describing how my doctor looks like a situation got resolved. Still didn't get pay back for getting to the hospital on my own though. Didn't mention the worst yet. I was promised to get a visualization of 'potential result of surgery' and didn't get anything. What did I get instead was a doctor who didn't speak English at all and the whole conversation lasted maybe 15 seconds. I could not even explain the result I aim for and what I want to change exactly. The final result of a surgery is that I have a straight nose (which is good, I don't deny that) but my tip of nose is completely messed up and disproportionately big to the rest of nose which means I need a follow-up surgery. It gets even worse now because Qunomedical completely blows me off, literally stopped responding. A complete 180 degree shift. I am so dissapointed.

I’ve made my appointment for December and I am super excited and looking forward to my procedure! The staff has been over the moon helpful this entire process so far and I am ready for this beautiful change soon!
