Best turkey surgery experience
Everyone at fly medi has been so helpful from choosing a surgeon to a week after I’m home any questions I had then were answered and even now I get a reply within hours I couldn’t fault them the hospital was clean and nice the nurses were so nice and helpful. The coordinator is amazing and my surgeon was also top tier I’ve been to turkey a couple of times for surgeries and fly medi are by far the best it was all made so easy to do couldn’t of asked for a better experience when having such a big surgery.
I had an extended tummy tuck with 360 lipo and a breast lift.

Language barrier between…
Language barrier between doctor/hospital staff was huge and the interpreter was not available all the time. Could not communicate properly and that made me feel very scared and alone. Clinic has not checked on me since I flew back to the US. Horrible and traumatic experience.

Supported from the moment I made contact
I was supported from the moment I had contact. No question was to small, whatever day, the contact with Flymedi was great. When I was in Istanbul, the coordinator was simply fantastic. There was nothing she wouldn't help with. Medication, sorting food out, answering questions, transport, they helped with it all or sorted it out without any input.
If you're nervous, I was, don't be. These folks will put your mind at ease.
The consultant was fab, so kind, so helpful, so caring.

Went with flymedi for my breast lift…
Went with flymedi for my breast lift and implants, was happy with the communication and the booking of the surgery. After flying to Istanbul was a bit chaotic waiting for my driver but eventually was taken to my hotel. The tests before my surgery was a bit up the wall, I needed a scan that wasn’t included in the price so I had to find another £95 to pay for a scan that my surgeon insisted I needed to have. When I finally met the surgeon a day before my surgery I was gutted to learn she wasn’t gonna give me the size implants I wanted and I don’t know why she wouldn’t ?? Surgery went ahead an it went as smooth as possible. 2 days later I was discharged from the hospitals care and that was that!! Since then I have contacted the lady who was assigned to me and I’ve asked her a few questions regarding my recovery and just been completely ignored ?? So it feels once you’re done , once you have paid the care then stops ?? This is what I was worried about would happen and it has !!!

Would highly recommend. For around 2 years I was messaging back and forth with Angela . Eventually pluck up the courage to booked. Everything ran smooth. Alexander my coordinator was brilliant. My surgeon was dr ergin at Istanbul aesthetic clinic I had an explant from 500 cc no lift. I was surprised at how they looked to be honest. I am happy with my results. Only thing I can say is bring a supported bra because I didn’t have one supplied but order one for back home and it’s really made a difference. Would definitely recommend to others
