Brilliant from start to finish helping in every way

I was planning a nose surgery and was quite skeptical about third-party agencies or companies. But here we are! From the very first day I registered for the surgery, Yonela arranged everything quickly and efficiently.

I had my surgery at Kardiolitos Clinics in Kaunas, Lithuania, on November 26th. My doctor was Dovydas Gutmanas. From the moment I arrived, everything went smoothly. I was picked up from the airport right on time, the hotel was warm and comfortable, and a taxi was arranged whenever I needed to go to or return from the hospital—including back to the airport.

Before the surgery, I had a final consultation with the doctor. After the surgery, once the cast was removed, I was very satisfied with the result. Now, three months later, I’m still very pleased with how everything turned out.

Why am I writing this in so much detail? Because when I was trying to find the right agency to organize everything, I struggled to find reviews like this. I hope this helps someone else who's in the same position I was!

Elio has been so helpful and has made the whole experience very simple and easy so far. He is so genuine which has been very calming! Flying into a foreign country for surgery is intimidating but I have felt very looked after.

Excellent. Good communication and always keen to be of assistance. The dental clinic they use is Antalya was superb too and the overall price was good. The hotels are well-appointed, comfortable and set up for patients having dental work. Transport was nice and comfortable and the driver was there on time for each appointment and for the airport runs. All-round I could not have been happier with the service provided.

Elio my patient manager was extremely helpful when I both had many questions and apprehension about the whole process.
Even though I was tied up with work commitments he rang back when it was convenient and even looked into booking flights to coincide with treatment.
All round, so far a very reassuring experience.

I have nothing but good things to say about them, so efficient and really go over and above to make life easier for you especially when traveling abroad for treatment. The treatment was carried out immediately with little pain only discomfort. I await the final chapter in the next few months. To this point the experience has been very positive.

Upon arrival at the clinic, despite already having X-rays and a telephone consultation in the UK, we underwent a full consult to double-check everything. This thorough approach provided great peace of mind and highlighted that our satisfaction was their priority, rather than a hard sell.

The clinic itself is modern and immaculately clean, with a full range of specialist dentists available. Post-procedure, we were given a bag of medication with detailed instructions, ensuring a smooth recovery.

One aspect we truly appreciated was how the clinic arranged everything for us, apart from the flights. This comprehensive service made the entire process incredibly easy and hassle-free.

We chose this company based on a friend's recommendation from six years ago, who still has excellent teeth with no issues. After doing our due diligence and consulting with two UK dentists who offered the same treatment for over twice the price, we confirmed that the products used were identical. The main cost difference was due to labor and exchange rates.

In conclusion, we cannot recommend this company highly enough. The staff were brilliant, and communication was exceptional. They genuinely listened to our concerns and alleviated them at every stage, making the entire dental process as painless as possible. 😄

I will never find the words to express how incredible this journey has been, every single step. From the very first phone call with Elio I knew I found THE place for my life long dream of breast reduction. In a week I was already on a flight to Turkey, never felt alone one second, just landed and already got text from taxi driver and hospital. They picked me up ( after lovely tourist day in Antalya!), brought to hospital, got ready, and finally morning after met the best surgeon I could have (I call her my Wonderwoman) who really wanted to know what I wanted. Went straight to surgery and woke up with exactly, even better than expected, cute little boobies!! Continuous nurse assistance after and surgeon visit, and day after taken to the best hotel with sea view to recover! And still cannot believe what I see in the mirror, FOREVER THANKFUL DR. Qunomedical is like a warm and safe place in this jungle that represents the hair transplant business. They have safe contacts everywhere in Europe and personally speaking, I have been super nicely advised by Elio to go to Turkey whereas I was not really excited by this idea. Elio and Kassie are helpful, super reactive, and have the right contacts ! Dr Yavuz clinic is one of the best, you feel like a real patient and not a customer, everything is all inclusive, no hidden prices, no surprise.
