So far so good.
The experience so far has been exceptional. Vita, the consultant i have been dealing with in getting the treatment booked has been amazing, she has always been there to explain the end to end process and to also answer any questions i have had. I'm having the procedure at the end of the year so this review only deals with the initial consultation and booking process, but the level of information and detail i have received has put me at ease about the whole thing. The clinic in Turkey Medic, looks very professional.

Very professional service.
I started by making an inquiry about having a dental implant outside of the UK because of the huge cost of private dental work in the UK. Qunomedical contacted me very quickly and they gave me a few options answered all my questions and were very professional. My quote was both very speedy and informative. My advisor was able to provide me with all the details and then let me go away and digest everything. When I decided to go ahead. He worked very hard on a Sunday and got me booked in at very short notice.

Great experience!
Allison was amazing! She found a few options for me that suited my preferences and needs. She always kept me updated and responded quickly to any email I sent. Made it super easy to find the right surgeon for me as there are so many different clinics, etc, out there - it definitely streamlined the process.

significant concerns
After writing very positive initial reviews, we now have some significant concerns as follows:
Context
We have had one visit to Antalya dental clinic and are awaiting communication regarding booking the second visit. Our concerns are:
Two communications to Qunomedical have not been replied to (Whats App text to Tina and email to enquiries)
There are more nights scheduled for us than first suggested and we don't know why
One of the pegs for my implant has fallen out and I dont know what will happen about this
How are we supposed to book the second visit and who is going to help us with our concerns/enquiries?
Thank you for your reply but what actions are going to be taken in your quest to resolve our concerns?
