Very efficient. Great price despite not being able to honour a cheaper one because the contract had run out.

I found the process of purchasing the insurance very easy, it was very clear what I was adding (or not) and the quote was very good, especially for a whole year multi trip policy and the UK rentals covered, too. However, I reserve judgement as, like all insurance companies, the proof is in the way they handle claims! My policy hasn't even started yet, so will reserve the right to edit, if I'm unfortunately forced to used it!

I've used Questor for years and they have saved me hundreds of £££. They save me money each time I buy their insurance, because the price is substantially lower than the Hire company's. And when I did have to claim they handled everything simply, quickly, and courteously. As well as saving me over £600 for the claim (which this year would have been north of £2k). Questor is slick, effective, and saves you money. I just miss talking to their wonderful customer service people!

I have used third party insurance before and it gives me the comfort of knowing that the exact details of the contract and cover is definitive rather than an over the counter rushed explanation of what’s not covered etc by the car hire staff. This process gives me certainty as well as value for money and in the unforeseen event of any claim you are dealing with a uk company with uk legislation.

Wonderful company in the fact that a person answered very quickly and seems to know what they’re talking about. Made the whole process very simple. Haven’t had to claim yet on anything so that might be a different story.
