I have used third party insurance before and it gives me the comfort of knowing that the exact details of the contract and cover is definitive rather than an over the counter rushed explanation of what’s not covered etc by the car hire staff. This process gives me certainty as well as value for money and in the unforeseen event of any claim you are dealing with a uk company with uk legislation.

Wonderful company in the fact that a person answered very quickly and seems to know what they’re talking about. Made the whole process very simple. Haven’t had to claim yet on anything so that might be a different story.

Easy process to sign up for excess protection cover.

Realtive easy to get the insurance. The regions are a bit complicated, you select a region but where is the UK? It will become clear but why not simply list the countries for each region and that is it.

I’ve been using Questor insurance for a few years now and always found them straightforward and easy to deal with. Fortunately, I have never had to make a claim, but have peace of mind knowing they will help if needed. Most importantly, they are much cheaper than paying for cover at a rental company’s desk.

We dealt with a lady called Millie. Really knew her stuff. Ask for her and if she's not available and her colleagues are even half as good, you'll probably still be satisfied.

Easy renewal process. It was great not having to go through all the options again and the data was brought forward from the previous year. Also good to see the previous years price with a reduction!
