I have used Questor previously. I did check around for pricing for an annual policy and they were competitive. Set up is straight forward and communications concise.

Well worth the cost, especially with the unexpected discount.
Have previously made a claim and process was easy.

Wanted to change cover from Europe to worldwide on an annual policy and you quoted £114.50 to cover me for 7 days before my renewal was due (my renewal price was £99. !!!!!!
Can’t understand this, hence I changed providers. Not very impressed at all.

They continue to reduce my annual fee for loyalty and no claims made. Not many insurance companies do this anymore! They have always got back to me in a timely & friendly manner when questions arisen.

I’ve been with Questor for a few years now and have always found them easy and straightforward to deal with.

What impressed me most this year, though, was my renewal. While practically every other insurance company puts their prices up automatically every year, Questor actually reduced mine - by quite a noticeable amount. I genuinely can’t think of another company I’ve been with that’s done that.

It’s great to have a business that doesn’t seem to take its existing customers for granted. I’d happily recommend them.

I have hired a car from Enterprise Rent-A-Car for a 56 day period and the Excess Insurance Cover with Enterprise, at £18 per day, would have amounted to over a thousand pounds. As an alternative the premium with Questor was a quarter of the price and also covers extras such as tyres, wheels, windscreen, towing, key cover and misfuelling. A complete no-brainer!

The process of purchasing the cover online was very clear and straightforward. So far, so good, but as Questor themselves clearly point out ‘the true value of insurance is not known until you need to make a claim’. So if that unfortunate eventuality does arise then we shall see….

I have used Questor for years and following a recent trip to Spain had to claim. Someone left a shopping trolley on a slope because they couldn't be bothered to return it to the park. It rolled down the car park and hit the side of my hire car. Avis charged e933 for a barely visible dent four inches long 😂 but Questor were brilliant and processed my claim quickly and easily. Just make sure you get additional photos of any damage, don't rely on the car hire company accident report. 10/10

I didn't even know that this sort of insurance even existed. Very easy to set up & I couldn't believe the cost side of things after the hire company quoted £28 per day for 10 days which is nearly £300 on top of the hire.
This policy is less than £40 for the 10 days. Winner winner chicken dinner.

Continues to be my go-to-supplier for excess insurance. Fantastic pricing and I've had two claims over the last 18 months and both were handled with professionalism and reimbursement was painless for both.
