Each time I have had a need (increasing my minutes, increasing my hot spot, and the most recent, I had questions about my coverage and how to submit my DD214 for a discount in my billing), I have been met with personal as well as professional courtesy and respect. On my most recent call with Shaiwahnna, I had some dumb questions that revealed I am a dinosaur with technology.
