Wonderful experience with customer service.
I called customer service because I was having an issue accessing my voice mail. A woman named Kia helped me reset my password and also helped me update my personal information. She was very polite and professional. I really like the fact I can speak with an actual person and not have to deal with some stupid computer for a hour and you never get to talk with anyone. There are a few companies that still understand the importance of getting to talk with an actual person. I've never had any issues with this company and I get the same service I did with the big companies for a fraction of the cost.

Best support tech at PureTalk?
I was in contact with a technician today that had been with PureTalk for 4 years and was the most helpful person I have talked to in a long time. Her name if I got it correct is Honeyret and very capable she was. I will be able to change to a new phone after just signing up with PureTalk so much easier after the help she has given me today.

I had a first time issue crop up…
I had a first time issue crop up recently with not being able to access my voicemails on my iPhone. The Pure Talk tech support rep was able to help me restore my voice messages in short order with just one phone call! Since I have an older model (an 8+) he also told me this issue could possibly occur again and could likely be resolved in the same quick fashion as today. I continue to be a “very satisfied” Pure Talk subscriber!

I’ve had Pure Talk since November 2025 and I’ve always been helped out when I needed it. Are they a perfect phone carrier, no. But I don’t know of one that is. They’ve always addressed my problem and corrected it when I’ve contacted them.

Puretalk- So nice to talk to a real person and not an AI bot
Caitlyn was excellent at helping me through the process of selecting and ordering my next iPhone. Prices for plans are even better than when I first signed up 3 years ago so, even the non-promotional standard plan rates so contact them if you want to save $ which can help with the cost of the new phone.

Excellent Customer Service
I spoke with three different customer service representatives, Matt, & David & Allison who was in the tech division. All were US based & extremely courteous, patient & helpful. Best of all, my issue was resolved & I discovered some additional information about how my phone works. We switched to Pure Talk in December of 2025 & have been extremely pleased. Additionally we are saving money & have the same coverage as with our previous carrier. I highly recommend Pure Talk!
