No customer service.
Was sent the wrong filters with my order. The "Contact Us" link on the website only gives the option to email.
I have done this several times, requesting the address to send but have yet to hear a reply. The window to return is 7 days for no reason and 30 days otherwise. Can't rate the filters otherwise as they sent me incompatible

I purchased a box of these filters (Model: CRF-950-Z) for backups when the ones I had ran their course. Out of the four filters, one lasted about a week, some of the others lasted a bit longer, with the longest being one month. The water never really tasted fully filtered like the name brand ones. They always had problems filrtering a whole batch of water. Again, I can't get over the poor taste of the water. ABSOLUTE WASTE OF MONEY!

Product arrived quickly; was easy to install. Water tastes great!

The filters got to me quickly, snapped into place and seem to be working well. I have no way to know if the water is really filtered but seems fine.

Slow response (about 10 days) in receiving confirmation of shipping and tracking number. Slow response to question about product (12 days) once received. Having a phone number to call from the beginning could have remedied all these issues.

Easy to install, water is pure.

After going back and forth with customer service a few times about the filters not being the correct ones, and trying different things, they are gladly going to make it right and refund my money. I don't even need to return the 3 they sent that do not fit my refrigerator. Great job Pureplus! Appreciate your quick responses.

They arrived in good time, items just as promised.

Where I live there are too many minerals in the water. They distroy irons and drip coffee makers. Being that my health has not been the best and hearing bad news about plastics in the water on the news I have been using your filters wrapped in gold paper. They filter the most minerals and other stuff I was wondering wher you have a filter for microplastics?

I was told to place order & send in my tax exempt certificate & the Invoice would be redone without the tax. I've sent multiple emails with no response from email or telephone number. Very frustrating you don't have a telephone number! However, the office is very satisfied with the product itself.

It took 4 weeks 2 emails and no response. and I’m still waiting for a return label because I had to order this from another site. I didn’t know if this place was a scammer or not. I’m in the middle of moving. Which it had delay the whole process. It would have helped for somebody to let me know what’s going on while I was waiting for this .So no horrible place to get stuff from.Big word for you guys COMMUNICATION goes a long way.This company needs a phone number that you can reach them because apparently emails don’t work.
