It only took a single email to them for my issue to be resolved. I got a very timely and helpful response with multiple suggestions as to how to resolve my issue. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

I had a great customer experience with Iris. My needs were addressed in a timely matter. The price of the product is great and I will be shopping PurePlus for my water filter needs.

Iris provided such a great communication service during the transection and everything got taken care in timely manner.

So far the product has been good...ordering and delivery spot on. Cannot complain.

Received the product that doesn't fit, therefore I should not be responsible for paying for the return.
This company will not respond to emails. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE MONEY. Can not speak to a human. THEY SUCK

I first purchased Pure Plus filters for my refrigerator on Amazon. They sent the wrong ones. I returned them at no charge to me and received a refund. I then contacted them directly, providing my refrigerator model number and information about the filter I was replacing. They responded in an email with a link to their website showing the filter I should order. I told them it was the same model I'd already found did not fit. They replied, assuring me again that it would fit. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, believing I could return them if they did not fit, I ordered from them directly, and as before, they didn't fit. I contacted them to inquire about returning them and receiving a refund. That started a multiple email discussion, each time with them refusing to refund the purchase price unless I paid for return shipping. I told them I would not do that; it was their error. The only reason they refunded the purchase price for the Amazon order, including paying for return shipping, is that Amazon required them to do so. Stay clear of Pure Plus and Aquazon Solutions, Inc., the Chinese firm that makes these products. There are many reputable Chinese companies; this isn't one of them.

They work just great. The price is right and I don't havr to rush to store and spend over $100 on filters.

dark material is accumulating on the edge of the water pool in commodes throughout the house. This did not happen previously with these filters.

I have been using Pureplus water filters in my countertop water pitcher for awhile. I have been happy with them, but my five stars are for their EXCELLENT customer service! I had changed the filter when the red light went on. The new one was still showing a red light so I contacted them regarding a replacement. They got back to me right away. They walked me through doing a reset on the pitcher, which I had done on an earlier replacement and had forgotten. They were prompt in their response, kind, and helpful. With so many products bought online, a company with outstanding service is a keeper! I will continue to purchase from them.

PurePlus picked a great name. Now my water is pure plus the customer service is great!

Quality products and excellent customer service.

I have been using Pureplus pleated and carbon filters in tandem for about three years. Recently I encountered an issue that I brought to their attention, Their response and attention to my concern was excellent and timely. I definitely recommend their products and service.

All items fulfilled as ordered. Quick customer service response.

The only complaint I can offer is the fact that when I checked on my order the status read, "On Hold". But I received the filter the very next day...so just something amiss internally with the site, etc.

Product installs EASILY. Instructions are easy to understand and there is also a video that helps if necessary. I reviewed it before I even placed my order.

So far...love it...after about 5 days in-service.
