Bad experience !
They wouldn't honour their online price ! I tried to buy item at the advertised £10.99 but the price suddenly went to £25.99. Claimed it was an error in pricing and wouldn't honour their original offer.
Disappointing !!

Unfortunately my order would not go through to the payment stage, I had loaded 4 items I wanted to purchase and was offered an Amazon payment alternative, and I wanted to make use of free delivery, however there was no option to go to the payment stage. I tried to call on Saturday afternoon but the phone lines are not manned.

I never normally leave a review but I had to comment on the speedy, solution focused responses I received from Sue and the support/ returns team at Proswimwear. I had an issue with the sizing of my daughter’s racesuit. The return process was simple, effective AND because I’d ordered the first suit during a sale period, they sent a discount code for the reorder. Excellent service, I’ll be back.

Ordered AMANZI kneesuit even with measuring my daughter but it was too tiny- so reordered twice sizes up and I had made a mistake when ordering with entering my email wrong. So done online chat twice and both times spoke with Ivy, she was lovely and so helpful. Return was very easy.

ProSwimwear has always been prompt at replying to my questions over the past few years. I recently had an issue with my refund not coming through which has now been resolved. I was impressed with their help and fast response.

Fantastic customer service bought some swimsuits and jammers back in November for the swimmers in the family . However in January was told that set of race jammers were way to big compared to a pair that fitted perfectly. Size ranges between makes is so confusing , spoke to very helpful lady who reserved a size ( 2 sizes smaller ) got sent a returns label returned and exchange was received a few days later . I was kept informed by email all the way , return received - replacement dispatched - out for delivery etc .

I have been buying Speedo Fastskin products here for quite some time. Great selection and prices! And whenever there was an issue with an item, the customer service resolved them efficiently. I can fully recommend ProSwimwear.

A good company to use for swimwear and equipment for serious swimmers. They offer a wide range of products at competitive prices.
When I made a silly mistake and doubled up on my order (ordering 4 pairs of goggles instead of 2 pairs), I sent an email, quickly followed by a phone call, to cancel one of the orders. I spoke to a very helpful member of staff who cancelled one of the orders. I then received an email confirming this. I have since checked my bank statement and see that the money for the second order was refunded promptly.
I will definitely be using Proswimwear Ltd again in the future.

Excellent Support Team - when you can reach them. A suit we purchased had manufacturing issues and split on the seam on the first wear. Initially we had issues contacting support but I would advise using the support helpdesk rather than the info@ email.
Once engaged, the support team were excellent. Replaced the suit, sorted postage and... the second suit also failed but a refund and discount were issued the same day I raised it with them,
Cannot fault the store for the suits they are supplied so am judging them on their resolution which was excellent.

No metter the problem was with postal service in my country, ProSwimwear team was helpful and did everything I get wanted products.
