The sales assistant was so knowledgeable and helpful when I was buying knives. The store was clean, well stocked with many kitchen gadgets I didn't know I needed!
Every member of staff were friendly and helpful. I was unsure as to what product I needed but after discussing what things I needed they pointed me out to a fantastic product.

The shop was busy but one member of staff was very helpful in finding a frying pan that suited me. I will definitely be visiting again.

Bought a replacement timer
Bought a replacement timer. Magnetics not working. Just slides down fridge. Older time which is the same still stays well on fridge. When I can get back to store I will change this but test before I leave store

Brilliant service. I live in the south of Bucks and its a long way to travel to Milton Keynes , but the service at ProCook was superb. I will definitely be back.

PURCHASED BUT RETURNED
we were out looking for a small food chopper and grinder. asked at the store , shown, and we purchased.
But unfortunately when we had a closer look , realised that it was not a spice or seeds grinder .So had tyo return it back to another nearer store.. The lady took it back without and hassel , and admitted that it would not grind .
