Wr visited shop to return Procook milk frother which was disappointing. Product seemed not reliable.
Colleague dealt with return item efficiently no quibble! We chose an upgraded Procook milk frother and paid the difference in price. Pleased with new milk frother!

Staff were all friendly and helpful and informative. They told us about the product but were not pushy and let us make our own decision.
