ProCook - Cheshire Anmeldelser

One staff member was walking round putting vaseline on her lips with her fingers. I think she should do it somewhere where she can wash her hands!
The tills were a bit chaotic with paperwork which seemed more imprtant. The lady who served me was excellent.

You can't beat a ProCook product. Always of high quality. For the quality I feel it's value for money, as the items last for years.
I'm always impressed with the customer service you receive.

Excellent service in shop. Knowledgable, pleasant , friendly and professional staff who served me.
I did research the item that I wanted and I was directed straight to it. Plus honoured blue light discount which is a bonus.

Found exactly what I wanted. Staff member was helpful and had a lovely chat whilst I paid. She had a smile on her face and clearly is good at engaging and helping customers.

We were greeted by friendly staff and given a professional level of service and assistance with our enquiry which led to our purchase.

We didn't catch the member of staff's name but she served us at the Cheshire Oaks store on Tuesday 16th June and our order number was O0753543993

Very helpful and friendly assistant.. the shop is clean and bright .. I would certainly shop there again

Great service

The price is competitive and the staffs are politely to serve customers.

always visit but noticed they had moved to a larger store, must bigger and better laid out, we found a table cloth on a display near the entrance and it was the perfect fit and colour for what we were looking for the staff very friendly as always.but as this was the first shop we went in we only bought a pair of training chopsticks with the plan to re visit later in the morning.

My experience at Pro Cook at Cheshire Oaks was overwhelmingly positive. The lady that initially approached us was highly professional, very knowledgeable, friendly and not at all pushy. I would definitely recommend the store to others.

Staff were very helpful and went out of there way to help you

Purchased salt and pepper mills from Cheshire Oaks. After returning home to N.Wales noticed the plastic cap from under one was missing. Living so far from the nearest store we phoned the store in Cheshire Oaks and they very kindly mailed us a replacement. Couldn’t expect better service than that. All credit to the staff.

Staff very helpful and knowledgeable. No pressure selling. Great shopping experience.

A excellent collection of high quality products. Very helpful staff.

Staff very professional

Very friendly and polite staff helpful with all questions.

Bought these knives for my Son very helpful staff made sure no customers were kept waiting very pleasant experience and Son is absolutely thrilled

I went in to buy cook's knife set for my wife's birthday. Whilst initially we were left alone to peruse I eventually required assistance. The assistant stopped what she was doing and carefully explained the various differences in the available knifes. Having chosen I was allowed to test the balance etc. Overall a great and successful shop, having got what I desired and also greater understanding of the product.

Helpful staff that don't follow you around and so much choice
