The Customer assistant was Sarah at…

The Customer assistant was Sarah at Cheshire Oaks. She was very helpful took time in informing us of the various products and was very efficient in dealing with the sales process. We have always gone to Procook and this visit just reinforced our preference for Pro cook products/service.

Needed to return some damaged goods and pick replacements. Service was excellent with no issues or trying to explain everything, a straightforward exchange. A pleasure to see nowadays and good to see that ProCook puts its customers first

There were no staff on the till

There were no staff on the till. I waited with my items for a couple of minutes and nobody came. In the end I had to go and ask a member of staff to come to the till so I could pay for my items.

Good quality products at reasonable…

Good quality products at reasonable prices. Good design with the saucepan having a built in strainer facility. Member of staff came to offer help with no pressure applied and offered personal experience which helped in the decision making about a chopping board, All round positive experience.
