Visited outlet at Cheshire Oaks, while prices no different to website for what I bought, the two ladies there were so knowledgeable and helpful. Would highly recommend.

No one at the till
No one at the till. When someone did arrive she didnt know which customers was first as there was 2 tills opposite each other. I had to say I was here first. Made me feel uncomfortable.

Nothing “pro” about it
Bought two peelers from here, a spatula and a non stick pan. Peelers were -admittedly- £5 but they are absolutely pointless. Like something you’d find in a Christmas cracker. “Pro” cook?

The staff were friendly, knowledgeable & helpful.
One staff member spent time with us showing us various kitchenware items that we intend to replace when our new kitchen is installed in the new year.
There’s always a great variety/range of items at great prices and staff to help!

I went to the Pro Cook in Cheshire…
I went to the Pro Cook in Cheshire Oaks. The staff were friendly and helpful. I got great advice and assistance to get everything I needed. They were amazing in helping me to arrange to get all rhe heavy items to my car. I would definitely recommend and will be shopping there again.

No quibble replacement
Took back a pan I'd bought in 2021, the bottom of the pan had started to come away from the pan. No quibbles, 10 year guarantee. Full replacement. Thank you.

Guarantee which is honoured
Returned 2 pans we have had for over 10 years as the handles had become loose or dropped off.
Replaced without any quibble, true customer service.

Helpful staff
Very helpful sales girl who explained the difference between all of the pan sets. The pans we wanted not all of them were in store so they were delivered to our home address within a week.
