I am very disappointed
I am very disappointed. I have bought a magnet knife set and the magnet holder was damaged below when I open. It is is a real hassle for me to go to shop again and exchange.
Don’t expect this service from pro cook that the sales people would have been packed me a broken damaged product for me. It is going to cost my time and money again which i struggle to manage.

A good shopping experience
I shopped in Bluewater. The sales assistant told me I had missed a special offer and then showed me my options. Extremely helpful. A lovely shop and having friendly assistance makes all the difference.
