ProCook - Bluewater Anmeldelser 

My husband and I came into ProCook for a specific item. Sharon was there to understand and assist us.
She showed us several products and wow did she have incredible product knowledge. Explaining, demonstrating and not only how to use the products best, but also how to care for them to get the best out of them. She was honest and able to answer all of our questions.
We left over the moon with our 5 items purchased.

This was for sure the most memorable customer service experience we have had in a long time. A huge Thankyou to Sharon, she is a asset to ProCook Bluewater. We will for sure be back for future products :)

On this occasion, pro Cook had the pans we were looking for. The offer was attractive and we were keen to take advantage. Additional items had to be purchased as the offer threshold was not met initially, a very good marketing ploy!!

Staff were helpful in advising me on getting the best deal for the saucepans I bought. Plus the 20% off because it was bankholiday.

Good range, competitive prices

Bought the tri-ply stainless steel pan after very helpful advice from the shop assistant. He steered us in the right direction and avoided us making a costly mistake of getting the original one we had in mind which wasn’t suitable for our type of cooking and hob. The pan itself and a solid quality unit which also looks great!

Had exactly what I wanted at reasonable price

The staffs gave me a brilliant customer service.

Excellent service. I had to get a water fizzer replaced under guarantee and there was no quibble at all. The lady at the counter immediately replaced it after 21 months, was very sympathetic and helpful. Lovely people! I'm very happy with ProCook.

I rang the store and asked them to save mugs for me which they happily did. When I got to the store the lady who served us was very rude! Everything seemed a problem, from the fact “I’ve had to go round the store collecting these, that’s why they’re loose” my husband asked if she could possibly wrap the loose ones in something for protection, “well I’ll have to see what I can find “ my husband told her there was bubble wrap behind her, “I’m aware of that “ she snapped “I can only do my best “ as a customer that’s all we asked! I can’t believe the difference between the service in bluewater store compared to Ashford. The gentleman in Ashford was very helpful and friendly.

Bought knives for my new kitchen in November started using them February once kitchen was completed 3 months and rather stainless steel has rust all over them
