Staff were friendly and amazing
Staff were friendly and amazing. Sharon was professional she took us on a tour of the items with good prices and about to be sold out . The other girls were supportive they got me a trolley twice to help in my shopping and transfer to my car .

Pleasant shopping experience, good quality stock
Was delighted to find smaller sized cake tins (15cm and 18cm) as these can be tricky to source. Well-laid out shop and friendly, helpful assistants
I know from past purchases the quality of Pro Cook is outstanding – so I have high hopes for these new cake tins.

I like ProCook!
I managed to get exactly what I wanted but then I had an ever so slight issue. I took it to another store (Bromley) but they had no problems replacing it. So far so good. Thank you!!

Great shop would recommend it.
The salesperson was friendly and when asked she took her time explaining and showing us the items I wanted to buy, then wrapped them and allowed us to pick them up later in the morning.

Helpful staff. Really informative sales assistant on the till as well.
I will be going back tomorrow as my coffee grinder doesn't work! ..Not the fault of Pro- cook ! I' ll see how they do when there's a problem. I simply want to exchange it for one that works.
