Good quality products being sold by pleasant knowledgeable staff in a clean, well laid out shop. It's good to go into such a place where you can see and feel the quality of things rather than be disappointed with on-line-only purchases.

Nice shop
I was looking to buy a new frying pan to use on our new induction hob. I had a choice of several, all at reasonable prices. The shop staff didn't hassle me whilst I was comparing and choosing the pan, but were very helpful when I got to the till to pay.

Bought a cocktail shaker
Bought a cocktail shaker. Top part doesn’t fit the bottom part properly and when shaken the liquid from inside come out through the gap. Poorly manufactured.
