My experience was that if youre looking for something special to use in the kitchen then this is the place to go
I don't go anywhere else
I hope that though as I've bought two sets of cutlery now that they had a bigger selection
Other than that I generally like walking round getting ideas and it does make me more adventurous with my cooking

Have been visiting the store a couple of times to try and decide on a new kitchen knife set but its an expensive purchase so not fully decided. I then saw a 20 per cent off sale and as I walked in David who had served me once before greeted me with ‘I was hoping to see you, it’s a great offer on the knives’. He helped me choose the right set and I mentioned I was also looking for a whole new set of pans as I was moving from gas to convection cooker. He was great with advice and I came back in on the Saturday, and he again was brilliant working out what would best meet my needs - also gave me cooking tips, oils to use (and avoid), temperatures - nothing was too much trouble. He also helped me with chopping boards, knife sharpener and a new toaster - all of which i needed, he wasn’t hard selling but instead was really listening to what i needed and advising. I left with most of the list I came in with fulfilled, and i really appreciated that when there was something i needed but the store couldn’t quite meet that need he was honest about it so I left fully confident in what i did buy. The other staff in the store on both visits were also lovely and really helpful, I just dont know their names. Fantastic service David, and thank you.

Great recommendation

Felt like they were following me around the shop thinking I was going to steal from them. I brought what I wanted to buy from the shop which I’m happy with the item, just uncomfortable with staff watching me everywhere I went.

The layout of the shop was easy to navigate, it was very pleasing to the eye.
The staff were very helpful and offered advice and demonstrations.

The shop was quiet but staff were quick to offer assistance. I identified the product I wanted and it was brought down from the stock room within 5 minutes.

Staff were friendly.
