I know knives are difficult to display but when I wanted to see a particular knife to see if it was the right fit for my hand, the shop didn’t have a demonstration model. I had to buy unseen
The layout of the shop was easy to navigate, it was very pleasing to the eye. The staff were very helpful and offered advice and demonstrations.

Helpful and friendly staff
The staff were very helpful and friendly. The baking trays I bought were packed with a separation of tissue paper to avoid any scratches and advice was given about removing the plastic protection from a knife

Local is best
Sometimes shopping local really is best. After failing twice to buy a trivet on Amazon, I gave up and decided to buy from Pro Cook. It had exactly what I was looking for in a trivet and was better quality. I am not returning this one!

Very helpful staff
Very helpful staff! The girl who served me was very friendly and gave me lots of advice before I chose the product I wanted, which was just one small saucepan but she was very happy to spend time helping me even though it wasn’t a big purchase!
