The fact that you dont inflate prices by vast sums every year. I am now eighty years old and its good to know we are not going to pay a lot more, that is the reason i have stuck with for the last few years.

Cancellation of Policy OAP
My father cancelled his policy after a diagnosis, and having to move him to another location, admin fee's for him changing his address on their portal and for having to spend time to chat people to cancel - fee's of nearly £100 for a pensioner. Standard cut & paste answers offering a renewal?!?! Shocking level of service.

DO NOT USE THESE FRAUDSTERS
I have buildings and contents home cover with Privilege. On 27/01/26 storm Chandra caused significant damage to my house with rain water blown into the hallway and batthroom causing damage. I called them up to report the damage and make a claim and was and unopoligetically refused, they firstly said the storm wasn't strong enough and then put in writing by form of letter a few days later that they don't insure loss through storm damage when it clearly states in their policy booklet they do. They sent someone from Davies group who I can only describe as the rudest and most obnoxious assessor I have ever met. I will be taking my complaint straight to the insurance ombudsman.

Renewal quote £40/50 dearer than last year so went through confused.com same insurance £15 dearer than last year but £20 voucher from them up a fiver on last year
