We can't cancel your auto-removal 😟
I just hit this scammy scenario now:
- an email with notification about auto-renewal
- upon review it turns out that my price went up substantially
- option to stop auto removal fails with obscure error code and "invitation" to call
- ... and the page crashed
I'm not sure (and frankly don't care) if this is mere technical ineptitude or calculated obstacles, this sort of experience should not be part of interaction with respectable company.

I had a renewal notice for my wife's…
I had a renewal notice for my wife's car insurance that I had always deal with. It was much higher than last year so called after getting other quotes especially AVIVA who had actually bought Privilege. I called, explained that they were cheaper, and would move to a better deal if it was not forth coming.
The agent listened, did her best to find a better deal with efficiency and I renewed

Reasonable premium for older travellers
Premium was not very expensive for healthy but older travellers.
Simple comparison with other insurance providers was possible via Compare.com.
Online process was smooth.

Excellent home insurance quotes
I took home insurance for both buildings and contents for a very good price compared to my previous insurer. I opted for the platinum policy. For a small price difference between this and standard policy was very reasonable as this included everything I needed and additional cover I did not have with my previous insurer. No extra add on expenses. Communication with Priviledge was excellent, very clear and instant response. I received my documents promptly. I am very pleased with my policy.
