A totally realistic quote
A totally realistic quote, considering I have never claimed more than a chipped windscreen. 5 stars in all respects. In contrast my linked privilege home insurance went up over £100! And guess what? I have never claimed a sou. A phone call got the £100 removed. So why, if it's a privilege joint account to give you (the customer) the best deal, did it increase?? Stars for Privilege joint accounts? Hmmmm!

Surprise lower premium!
Got a timely reminder of when my insurance was due and also the premium was actually lower than last years which was a great bonus and saved me having to shop round!

If you want to retain customers as a business, especially when they haven't claimed, make better offers and value your customers. Joke of a company.
