I had doubts but I was wrong - they care and they do everything right
I had doubts, I had reservations but the overall experience was actually very good. We did have an issue with the car but having seen the lengths the company and staff go to, to ensure customer satisfaction it really was above and beyond.
We found the car we were looking for, at a price that was best on the market, bought from a company that clearly care.
I honestly would buy from them again which is the highest praise anyone could give and if I did I would be buying with confidence 👍

Welcoming and friendly
Richard was very welcoming and friendly. He accommodated us nicely to a time that suited us. Upon arrival we were offered teas and coffees and a nice conversation. Richard is a great conversationalist, could talk to him for hours! The sale itself went smoothly and everything I asked for was done and it wasn’t an issue. Thank you guys!

Excellent
Customer service Experience was excellent, Richard was able to book us in for a test drive within 3 hours of calling on a Saturday. He’s been nothing but polite and accommodating, made us a coffee and made sure we understood how ponko works.
Stan, the salesman that Sold us the car, has been excellent with all negotiations and was very helpful with first time buying of a car.
Hopefully the car is as good as the experience, and will recommend and use again.
