Jeg bestilte nogle forskellige vare i marts, blandt andet en shampoo.
Denne shampoo var gået i stykker under transporten ( lå løst i æsken uden at være pakket ind) så pumpen var knækket og 1/3 af indholdet var løbet ud i pakken.
Jeg har forgæves forsøgt at komme igennem til PharmacyClub, så de kunne gensende en ny shampoo, men det virker ikke rigtig som om de mener det er deres problem, for de svarer ikke på deres kundeservice

Konsumentenrecht wird nicht eingehalten
Ich habe drei Exemplare einer Sonnencreme bestellt, die ich schon lange und gerne nutze. Mit den Produkten, die ich von Pharmacy Club erhalten habe, war jedoch etwas nicht in Ordnung: bei allen hatte sich die Emulsion sichtbar getrennt und ließ sich auch durch Schütteln nicht wiederherstellen.
Laut Widerrufsbelehrung auf der Website ist eine Rückgabe auch bei zur Testung geöffneten Produkten innerhalb von 14 Tagen ohne Angabe von Gründen möglich – theoretisch. In der Praxis wurde mir die Rückgabe vom Kundendienst verweigert. Stattdessen wurde ich aufgefordert, Nachweise einzureichen und habe so im Verlaufe eines Monats insgesamt 16 Fotos und 13 Nachrichten gesendet. Es war ihnen aber immer noch nicht genug, ich sollte am Ende ein mehrminütiges Video nach spezifischer Regieanweisung aufnehmen, wie ich jedes einzelne der Produkte nacheinander für 30 Sekunden schüttel und auf eine dunkle Oberfläche auftrage. Diese Forderung ist nicht nur unverschämt, sondern auch rechtswidrig.
Sie handeln damit nicht nur entgegen ihrer eigenen Widerrufsbelehrung, sondern auch gegen EU Konsumentenrecht bei Sachmängeln, wonach die Beweislast beim Erhalt von mangelhaften Produkten in den ersten 12 Monaten beim Händler liegt, nicht beim Käufer.
Das interessierte den Kundendienst jedoch nicht, er verweigerte die Rücksendung und bestand auf die Videos. Letztlich wurden mir anstatt 33 € nur 11 € erstattet und der Fall geschlossen. Das Ganze war dermaßen frustrierend, dass ich offizielle Beschwerde beim EU-Verbraucherportal einlegen werde.

As we have explained in our private communications, we are required to follow the procedures set by the brand in order to process claims involving product quality. Despite our repeated requests, we have not received all the evidence required to move forward with the full refund.
We did process a refund for the unit for which we received sufficient proof, and as we also mentioned privately, we are still awaiting the requested evidence in order to evaluate and process the refund for the remaining units.
Please rest assured that we are not unwilling to issue a refund; we are simply unable to proceed without meeting the requirements established by the brand for product complaints.
We remain available to assist you and hope to resolve this matter as soon as we receive the necessary evidences.
