Meine Bestellung wurde storniert weil Sie angeblich die Transaktion nicht erhalten habe, obwohl es von meiner Konto schon abgebucht haben. Viel Zeit verloren für die Meldung bei Kundenservice und bei der Bank. Die Bestellung entspricht nicht der Beschreibung auf dem homepage. Sehr enttäuschend, sodass ich nicht mehr bei Ihnen bestellen werde.

Same item number; different product
I ordered the same item #8032472024439 Neobianacid 70 Tablets in 11/24 and now in 3/25 but the product is different. It's more chalky and has a different flavor and the bottle is different. Doesn't seem as effective against reflux
