Lieferkosten werden bei Retoure nicht erstattet
Grundsätzlich große Auswahl, gute Preise und schneller Versand. Leider fühlt sich PharmacyClub allerdings nicht an die eigene Widerrufsbelehrung gebunden. Diese sieht grundsätzlich eine Erstattung auch der Lieferkosten im Falle eines Widerrufs vor, PharmacyClub verweigert diese in meinem Fall aber mit der Begründung, dass ich das falsche Produkt bestellt habe. Das ist zwar korrekt, die Widerrufsbelehrung sieht diese Unterscheidung allerdings nicht vor. Über die Angemessenheit der Rückerstattung der Lieferkosten lässt sich natürlich streiten, als Kunde würde ich mich aber gerne auf die Widerrufsbelehrung verlassen können.

I have been writing PharmacyClub since April because of damaged products, products was not packed correctly.
Now 3 mounts later, they blame the transportation company, and tells its been too long til they can do anything about the damaged products.

We would like to clarify that when you first contacted us in March about the damaged parcel, we immediately requested photographs so that we could open a claim with the transport company. Unfortunately, without this information, the carrier was unable to process a case, and by the time the photos were later provided, the deadline for claims had already expired.
That said, we did not want you to feel unsupported. As a gesture of goodwill, we provided you with a discount voucher and additional assistance, despite the circumstances being beyond our control.
Your feedback is invaluable to us, and we remain committed to offering our customers reliable service and support.

Refus de me rembourser alors qu'ils m'ont envoyé le mauvais article !
J'ai passé commande d'un coffret contenant un parfum et un gel douche. J'ai reçu un coffret de la même marque et du même parfum mais avec un baume à lèvres à la place du gel douche. J'ai vu sur leur site qu'ils vendent bien ces deux coffrets au même prix et sous la même dénomination. Sauf que je n'ai pas commandé un baume à lèvre mais bien un gel douche, ce que j'ai reçu n'est donc pas conforme. J'ai contacté le service client, je leur ai fourni toutes les preuves nécessaires (photo de l'article reçu, du colis) et ceux-ci refusent de me rembourser ! En effet, ils disent qu'il n'y a pas d'erreur, que l'article reçu est bien celui commandé. Cela est complètement faux, il suffit de comparer la photo de l'article que j'ai commandé et la photo de l'article que j'ai reçu, ce n'est pas le même coffret ! Ce service client semble aveugle et sourd face à ma demande légitime de remboursement d'un commande non conforme. J'ouvre donc un litige PayPal.
