Pet Express team was great to work with when we brought our Shih Tzu baby from Australia to Sri Lanka. It has become very hard to get Snub Nosed dog to Sri Lanka with all the airline changes but they did it. They walked us through every step on the way and made the entire trip much easier for us. We are not the most patient customers as you see. We couldn't have done it without them! Recommended to anyone who needs Excellent 5 star pet relocation services...

This is a great company!! What a blessing it has been working with Shanaka and his team. It is a stressful process moving with fur babies, but they have the care and compassion to help you and your family during your transition. I don't know what we would have done without them assisting us every step of the way. Thank you Pet Express for all that you've done. We WILL use you again!! And also recommend you to our friends & colleagues.

We relocated from the U.S. to Sri Lanka and Pet Express did so much to make it happen. Our contact at Pet Express (Shanaka) was very responsive and knowledgeable in getting our two pups to Sri Lanka. A special thanks to Shanaka who we interacted with and got us through the process. They checked on us every step of the way from the first contact to our dogs' arrival. Thank you from our family!

We had a fantastic experience with Pet Express Sri Lanka when moving our dog from Chicago to Colombo, Sri Lanka. The process was smooth, the paperwork was straightforward, and the service was very friendly. They clearly care a great deal about the pets they handle and transport. We were also incredibly happy to see that they pick up and drop off pets, as it would have been a nightmare for us to transport our dog to the airport otherwise. They are great! A very good and kind team! I do recommend them with all my heart! Thank you for all that you have done for us.

Pet Express was absolutely brilliant and very professional. They made what seemed a nightmare of paperwork into a simple seamless process. Misha arrived safe and sound and has settled down to life in Canada. We researched quite a few agencies before choosing Pet Express and we know that the choice was right! Thank you once again

The whole experience with Pet Express was excellent - our move was not straightforward and the team supported us and it all went seamlessly. Crucially, all arrived safe and sound at their destination. Thank you to Shanaka and the team at Pet Express Sri Lanka. I would strongly recommend them. Cheers!

A big thank you to Shanaka and all the team at Pet Express. Our puppy Ronnie was boarded with them for few days and then sent over to us in Germany, he arrived safe and well last night and has settled in well. Pet Express’ support throughout the process was invaluable and gave us all the reassurance we needed that our boy was being looked after well. Shanaka even sent us some pictures of him out on a walk. Thank you once again for a stress free wonderful experience.

Highly recommended! Team at Pet Express had been super helpful and attentive to all the procedures needed to send my cat from Sri Lanka to Australia, and Australia is extremely strict when it comes to importing pets. I was really worried at first because my cat is probably the most timid and shy cat you'll ever meet, but she arrived safely to Melbourne via Singapore without any problems at all. I'm really glad I went with Pet Express, will definitely recommend all my friends/family to them if we ever need pet relocation service again!

Thank you to Shanaka and the team at Pet Express for taking such good care of our
much loved cat Hubert on her journey from Colombo to Dubai. She arrived well and totally unstressed considering her short journey! From the driver who picked her up
from home, to all the communications I had with Shanaka, I couldn't recommend you all more highly. Hubert has settled in her new home very quickly.
