Pet Express - Sri Lanka Anmeldelser

We can’t thank Shanaka enough for looking after our two frenchies during their layover in Sri Lanka, the stressful process for both us and the dogs was made much easier with the care provided and updates via WhatsApp. Even after they had left Shanaka’s care she stayed in contact to make sure they had landed safely in Australia :)

Shanaka and the Team at PetExpress were WONDERFUL! They made our experience much less stressful and ensured that our elderly dog was safe and taken care of every step of the way. We will definitely be using PetExpress when there comes a time to ship and transport our dog across the globe.

Shanaka and Pet Express were invaluable to us in connecting to the best pet shipping service in the US and then obtaining all of the necessary paperwork for our two Jack Russell terriers to enter Sri Lanka seamlessly. Our pets were handled beautifully from start to finish and delivered to our doorstep in Colombo.

I was able bring my medically unwell 4 year old lab retriever to Colombo from London. This process was made so simple by Shanaka@PetExpress. He made each step as clear and as precise as you could hope for in any situation.

Pet Express, Sri Lanka managed the relocation of our cat Simba from Malaysia to Sri Lanka. We are extremely happy with the great service provided by Shanka, Pet Express, Sri Lanka. His professional approach to all aspects were commendable. He is also very responsive and always available for consultation. I have no hesitation for recommending Pet Express Sri Lanka for pet relocation.

Would recommend Pet Express without skipping a heart beat. Shanaka and his team took care of everything - from paperwork to health checks - for my 2 dogs' relocation to Europe. My family and I were initially worried about our dogs' mental health and physical wellbeing for travelling, but Shanaka and his team took away our worries with their professional, courteous and fantastic service. 10/10 would recommend them to anyone looking to relocate their pets without the hassle and worry.

We were very sad & upset with Sweety been without us for over 1/12 year in Hong Kong since we got stuck in Sri Lanka due to COVID, bringing him to SL was only a dream, but with daily prayers we came across Pet Express & although it took a while for us to confirm same once we did everything went smooth & our baby Sweety was delivered to our home which made our family complete again, thank you to Shanaka for making our dreams come true.

Thank you Shanaka and team for doing such a great job looking after my dogs in transit, A++!

Shanaka and the team at Pet Express made the process of moving our senior dog to Sri Lanka from DC easy. The initial list of requirements and the timeline that I received was daunting, but as promised, Shanaka worked with me every step of the way. Shanaka responded quickly and professionally to every question and concern I had with clear and detailed responses. I highly recommend Pet Express and will not hesitate to use them in the future. Thank you all for such a positive experience.

We were recommended Shanaka and pet express by a friend who had recently used their services. From the first message to Shanaka he was brilliant! He was always able to answer any questions and concerns throughout the process. We were so surprised that even with the time difference Shanaka always responded so efficiently. Shanaka and his team made the whole process of sending max - our staffy from London to Colombo so much less stressful for us. He was transparent and efficient from the start and it was clear from the start he understood that Max was our little fur baby - providing us without all the reassurance and updates throughout the process. We can’t recommend Shanaka and pet express enough! Thank you for bringing our Max safely to us in Sri Lanka!

We flew our French bulldog from
England to Australia and got updates before, during and after her travels! We were so surprised how frequent the communication was every time she landed in a different country. They delivered the crate a few days before she travelled so our dog could get used to it and got dropped her off with it when she got home. She did feel a little sick a few days after arriving but she was better after some water and food.
Highly recommend these guys to any pet owner who needs to get there pets across the world.

I couldn't have moved my cat without the help of Shanaka especially under the COVID restrictions. He was very professional and reliable. Just follow his advice, he will get your pet home safely.

If I had to rate Shanaka and Pet Express using stars, I would give them all the stars in the heavens.

I wanted to relocate my pet dog Neo 12 years old GSD. he came to Colombo from Bangalore India on 3rd October. Shanaka and team has abundant experience in handling the pet and clearing the customs and other formalities without any hassles. I have reunited with Neo on the same day evening in Jaffna after eight long hours road journey. we are super excited to reunite with him as a family again. I can't express my feelings on having him back to us.

Shanaka and Pet Express did a fantastic job relocating my kitten Tinkerbell from Colombo to San Francisco, from the time we asked for information to when we collected her at the destination. Shanaka was always very responsive and went above and beyond with constant updates on Tinkerbell's journey. Also want to thank Shanaka for being patient with me and all my questions and always putting my mind at ease.

We recently worked with Shanaka at Pet Express to import our cat Imogen to Sri Lanka. We could not have done it without him. The importation process during COVID felt impossible to understand. Shanaka guided us through every step, reassuring us and making sure no detail was missed. We have met quite a few people since arriving in Colombo who had to leave their pets behind because the process was too difficult. Thanks to Shanaka and Pet Express that didn’t happen to us! Our cat made it safe and sound and whole family is together.

Pet Express kept us fully informed virtually at every step of the way and until our pet arrived at hour door. From arrival to door in less than 4 hours! Cannot get better than that!

The pet express team lead by Shanaka carried out excellent planning, arrangements and execution of the whole process of relocating our pet from Colombo to Toronto
We very sincerely appreciate your extremely professional and personalised service. Thank you most sincerely and recommend their services to anyone looking for same.

Excellent, friendly, customer focused, complete and proactive service, from beginning to end. Pet Express guides you through the maze of requirements to import a dog into Sri Lanka, which especially in Covid times was very complicated. Shanaka was proactive in every step of the way, went out of her way to keep us posted of all the latest developments in Sri Lanka and really took all my worries out of my hands to ensure a smooth process. The service is not cheap, but it was so worth it!
