Ostrich was one of the best pet relocation service that I came across, Mr. Abhu is a really genuine person and he is really polite and precise while explaining the entire process and is always up to the point. After a lot of research and discovering a lot about pet relocation, ostrich was the best decision taken by me, moreover, very cost effective and the paper work was really good , it was 100 percent perfect, that I didn’t had to answer the airport authorities about anything after giving the papers. Moreover, it was a wonderful service He had provided!

Mr.Abu did an excellent job helping relocate our two cats from Chennai to the UK. This is infact the second time we are using his services! Since the UK only allows pets as manifest cargo the process is quite tedious with a lot of paperwork, however Abu entirely took over and did it all in a timely and absolutely professional manner. As a result as pet parents we were stress-free during the move.I would highly recommend Mr.Abu and Ostrich shipping services for an excellent experience and I completely trust him with my pets.

We have been contacting several pet relocation service providers in India for a length of time about safe relocation of our 6 cats from the UAE to India. However, we never received a clear direction in this regard. We were confused and hopeless in finding a travel plan for providing a stress free journey for our cats, mostly aged. In 2022, through a friend we got Mr. Aboobaker's contact number. From the first tele-conversation with him, his positive, comforting and confident response gave us the courage to organize our travel despite prevailing Covid challanges.

The timely, appropriate, stage-by-stage  guidance and personal attention to detail by Mr. Aboobaker helped us to reach India comfortably. Our cats had a safe journey from Dubai to Chennai. This was made possible only due to the excellent timely services provided by Mr. Aboobaker,  from the day we contacted him to the day of arrival.

With lot of experience after holding discussions with many pet relocation agents based in India, we wish to share our opinion about Ostrich Shipping Services with all similar aspiring travellers. No words can express the 24/7 availability of Mr. Aboobacker  at each stage of the journey plan. The best part of his service is that he had a ready solution for any issues related to each stage of planning, preperation and execution of the pet relocation process. As symbolised by the name Ostrich, the services offered by this pet relocation agency is, indeed very fast.

Very professional and very transparent process
Kudos to whole team Mr. Aboo bucker, Mr. pavan who made sure that my pet reached his destination safely

Thank you

My deepest gratitude to Mr Aboo who was referred to me by a friend and colleague. I recently relocated from Manila to Pune via Abu Dhabi and Mumbai. It was a stressful and anxious time for me but Mr Aboo reassured me and extended all his support, including referring me to an agent in Manila (that I was really struggling to find). My pet and I arrived safely and passed through customs at ease with all documents in place. Many thanks to Ostrich shipping services and I will highly recommend them to my friends and colleagues.
