Sam was excellent he renewed my policy over the phone within a couple of minutes thanks Sam.

Ollie was excellent - professional, friendly and helpful. Happy to have my dogs insured with Perfect Pet.

WARNING - I would have left zero stars if possible.

I phoned Perfectpet in advance of the end the policy so request autorenewal be cancelled/turned off. The adviser on the phone told me they could not cancel autorenewal without cancelling the policy. I clearly advised them on multiple occasions during this very frustrating phone call that turning off autorenew can be done at any time, as is the case for all insurance policies,

The result was that they cancelled my policy and then asked me for feedback about the call, to which I advised them I had only requested autorenewal be turned off. They responded to say the adviser had cancelled the policy rather than autorenewal, which I already knew.

I then recieved confirmation of the policy cancellation.

Today, 4 weeks later, I received an email from PerfectPets, thanking me for renewing my policy with them, so have just sat on call waiting for 20mins to get this resolved.

If its this difficult to cancel autorenewal on a policy I can only imaging how challenging it would be making a claim through Perfectpets, so am greatly relieved I made the decision to insure my dog elsewhere.

I would suggest going elsewhere for insurance or prepare for terrible service and call waiting times trying to get this rectified.

Perfectpet, is certainly far from its name.

Jakub was very helpful with renewing my policy, explained some of the more confusing insurance terms, and helped me save a lot of money while keeping a policy that I'm comfortable with

I had a lovely call with Hannah this morning, she was very informative and gave me all the information needed. The email I required was sent over before I even got off the phone and meant I was able to have the information required straight away. Nothing seemed to much problem for Hannah, she was happy to answer any questions I had.

Pay out paid premium for long enough

If I could rate this 0 stars I would.

This company do everything they can to reject your claim. They arent interested in supporting or helping you just making money.

They have declined my claim saying its linked to a medical condition from 3 years ago, despite me having proof from my vet that they are not connected in any way. Save yourself the stress and use a company that actually care about their customers and pets
