working with the company for less than 2 weeks.
they decided after we started working with them, that they wanted had to underwrite us. Thought that would have been done already. Guess not. Then they wanted to hold clients' money for 3 to 6 months. making it impossible to fulfil there orders. I asked can we refund the clients' money. Nope that makes too much sense.

Can't sign in unless you toggle on and off blue tooth and point of sale device
You should mention that you have to turn off and on the card reader and Bluetooth on both devices or impossible to sign in.

All has been fine
All has been fine, except I want the full amount deposited into my account and the amount that you keep to be debited the first week of the next month.
I had mentioned this to someone a month ago and still had one come through that was not done the way I want it done. Get that fixed and you'll get 5 stars.
Also, the most recent issue occurred from a charge on Wed. June 24th, but was not deposited into my account until June 29th - unacceptable. It was not the full amount of the charge.

Minderjähriger Sohn kauft vom Taschen geld eine Paysafe Karte für 100 EUR. 50 kann er einlösen, die anderen 50 bleiben hängen. Fehlermeldungen und knapp zwei Wochen nun keine Antwort. Unternehmen scheint höchst unseriös zu sein. Bafin melden! Nachtrag zum Kommentar: Sie haben bereits eine Mail erhalten! Wie wäre es mal mit Antworten? Nie wieder.

I would rate them lower if I could. I called PaySafe (HA!) in January 2026 to inquire. I was told to fill out the application, but the account would not be active until the end of March since that was when I expected to start needing their services. They charged me monthly fees for January & February. It took me until the end of May to get my money back. THEN, they wanted to double-charge me for monthly fees. I finally got everything back they owed me.
LOOK OUT FOR THE HIDDEN $37 MONTHLY FEE THEY DON'T TELL YOU ABOUT!
They partner with SwipeSimple - who I would rate a 5/5. Not sure why SwipeSimple wants to partner with such a disreputable company as PaySafe. They are definitely NOT SAFE! RUN!

Don't go anywhere near Paysafe. It is a scam and used by scammers. I'm amazed it hasn't been shut down by the Financial Conduct Authority or other regulators in the UK. It is truly staggeringly appalling. You even have to pay to close your account. And there's zero customer service. AVOID like the plague!!

habe gestern Paysafecard 25,00 gekauft, wollte damit bei einem Händler bezahlen, x mal versucht, ging nicht, es kam auf einmal von Paysafe, ich hätte noch nicht die Abojahresgebuehren bezahlt und sollt noch einzahlen, Betrag wieviel liessen die offen. Welcher Abojahresbeitrag? keine Ahnung! ganz offensichtlich wird durch Paysafe neuerdings betrogen, Wenn ich an einem Händler bezahle bzw. von Paysafe in Wallet umwandle, etnstehen bei Paysafe Gebuehren und die werden automatisch abgezogen, also Paysafe zockt ab, betruegt!!
Paaysafe hat Trustpilot eben hier geantwortet, indem es einfach den Link von Paysafe und das wars, aber ... ich bin rein und was kommt, Maschine, die nichts versteht, es wird absolut mit keinem Mitarbeiter verbunden. Hier der Satz von meinem Konto, es wird einfach was behauptet , was nicht stimmt. man kommt an keinen Mitarbeiter ran. das hier ist fuer Paysafe gedacht marion-karla ät outlook.de, das ist das Paysafekonto!

Paysafe is Extremely Dishonest
I called Paysafe and they were quick to sell me on their LOW FEE services. But then I started getting billed before I even used their card services! I told them to cancel but they continued to charge me service fees each month - and I never once used their credit card service. I spoke to three different support reps by phone who apologized for the confusion - but I got NO Refunds and they kept charging me monthly until I completed a Request to Cancel doc online (which they never mentioned previously). I still never got a refund for the services I never used. This company is purely dishonest. AVOID!!
UPDATE: I posted this review on Trustpilot and BBB. Paysafe was alerted to the posts and one day later they issued me a full refund for their fees. No apology, just a full refund, and said THEY were "pleased to get it resolved". This was what it took to get their attention. Glad it did and glad to be done with Paysafe.

Ich möchte diese Bewertung nutzen um andere auf etwas aufmerksam zu machen, solltet ihr die Paysafecard nutzen, ist es wichtig die automatische Aufladung heraus zu nehmen, habt ihr mal schlechtes Netz oder die Verbindung wird beim Bezahlvorgang unterbrochen, wird euch das Geld abgebucht aber nicht als Paysafe gut geschrieben, ich renne meinem Geld seit Wochen hinterher , und die KI generierten Antworten, falls mal eine kommt , kann sich Paysafe in den A..... Schieben da sie nichts nutzen!!!!!!

Schrecklicher Dienstleister
Schrecklicher Dienstleister, sollte verklagt werden.
Heute über die Tankstelle ohne Angabe von Ausweis etc eine Karte geholt, wollte mir damit über Steam ein Spiel gönnen und direkt wurde die Karte gesperrt. Entsperrung beantragt, nun wollen die Spinner Ausweisdaten etc haben, die nie für den Kauf eine Relevanz hatten - ergo Daten abgreifen.
Und ich darf nun sicher wochenlang auf die Entsperrung warten und musste mir mein Spiel über Sofortüberweisung holen.
Kann man sich nicht ausdenken, unbedingt Finger von dem Dienstleister lassen. Man ist verloren.

Update, paysafe sent email stating they refunded my funds and still nothing in my bank, 7 days. I've replied to their emails, they bounced back with, this email address is wrong or doesn't exist!! They also closed my pay safe account staying I breeched their T & C When I never used the account only to deposit paysafe voucher. So they are uncontactable now and closed my case.
* I repeat don't use this platform! Happy to change my review and will update if my refunds are received!!!
DONT USE THIS PLAT FORM THEY ARE SCAMMERS! Worse customer service!! My Case was opened 31 May 2026, I requested help to refund a balance, paysafe made contact requesting supporting id, docs and if I had more vouchers to send them and they would refund them. I had another $300. And i replied same day with all docs requested, D/L and Passport, they confirmed receipt of them and I agreed to their ridiculous fees.
$392 I'm waiting to still be refunded, no one has gotten back to me after several messages and emails for more than 3 weeks!! WHAT IS GOING ON PLEASE??
