Ich habe mindestens 10 Emails an info at paysafecard.com geschickt. Die ersten 3 wurden noch beantwortet mit Standard Vorlagen und nach der 3 und das ist über 30 Tage her , verweigert PaysafeCard jegliche Kommunikation weder per Email noch die Tickets die unter Hilfe offen sind. Das Schreit nach einer Betreibung ...

I am a UK-based business and recently contacted Paysafe regarding a service enquiry. I did not receive any response whatsoever, which is extremely disappointing for a company operating at this level. Their customer service setup is frankly unacceptable. The website makes it appear as though there is proper UK support, but in reality there is no clear, accessible head office contact, and communication is either delayed or non-existent. If you are targeting UK clients, you need to provide a genuine, reliable support structure. including a proper UK contact number and responsive, trained staff. At present, its AWFUL. Overall, a very frustrating experience and not what I would expect from a payment provider. This needs serious improvement.

🚨 WARNING: Paysafe Withheld Merchant Funds 🚨
I need to warn all business owners about Paysafe. Paysafe took my companys money. They did not give it back to me. I got a call from a salesperson at Paysafe and I thought using their service for processing cards was an idea. So I decided to use Paysafe. I did than 188 transactions with Paysafe. They added up to over $65,000.
* I did everything Paysafe told me to do to verify some transactions.
* I gave them all the details about my customers and what I sold to them.
* They said it would take one day to review everything. Then I would get my money back from Paysafe.
That is not what happened. Paysafe kept telling me to wait. Then they just shut down my account with Paysafe. Now Paysafe is keeping all of my money for up to 180 days. It feels like Paysafe is taking my money without any reason. I am talking about Paysafe here. I think Paysafe is not being fair to me.
There are some things that bother me about Paysafe.
* I do not understand how Paysafe decides what is a risk.
* I do not think Paysafe treated me fairly I mean Paysafe did not treat my company fairly.
* I think Paysafe might be doing some things that're not right and that is why I am warning people about Paysafe.
The people who answer the phones at Paysafe could not tell me why they did what they did to my account with Paysafe. That is why I called Poma Advisory Ltd they helped me with my problem with Paysafe. They looked at my case. Helped me get my money back from Paysafe.
To the people in charge at Paysafe and the people who make sure everything is okay at Paysafe I want to say:
* Please look at my account with Paysafe and see what happened.
* Please give me back the money that Paysafe is holding it is my money.
* Please tell me why Paysafe did what they did to my account with Paysafe.
To all business owners I want to say be careful when using Paysafe.
* Even if you do everything with Paysafe Paysafe can still take your money.
* Think carefully before you trust Paysafe with your money I did not think carefully. Look what happened to me and my company.

PaySafe is the worst merchant processing company in the market. Avoid them at all costs. I would not even recommend them to a merchant who was turned down by everyone else. They are absolutely horrible.

I was onboarded after being solicited by National Bankcard and moved my business, Event Rush Holdings, to Paysafe. Since opening my account on March 25, 2026, I processed over 200 legitimate transactions totaling $17,288.30.
I have not received a single deposit.
Paysafe requested verification for only 4 transactions, which I fully complied with by providing customer details and proof of service, including QR scan data and timestamps confirming attendance. All transactions were legitimate and fulfilled.
I was instructed to continue processing and told the review would take 1–3 business days. I was later informed that funds would be released. Instead, delays continued while additional transactions were processed, followed by a sudden decision to shut down the account and hold 100% of funds for up to 180 days—without identifying any specific violation.
At this point, it appears I have effectively extended a $17,000+ interest-free loan to this company.
If there were concerns about 4 transactions, commercially reasonable alternatives existed, such as placing a reserve only on those transactions. Instead, 100% of funds were withheld, which appears excessive and disproportionate.
This raises serious concerns regarding:
Lack of transparency in risk determinations
Failure to act in commercially reasonable good faith
Potential unfair or deceptive practices (UDAAP) given the representations made and reliance induced
Customer support has not provided meaningful explanations or cited any specific contractual violation.
To Paysafe executive and compliance teams:
I am requesting immediate review of this account and release of funds, or a clear written explanation supported by specific contractual provisions and risk criteria. I am not going away and every single day that passes, i will write one blog post of my experience until you are no more or my full balance as to which I never saw a dime is deposited.
To other business owners:
Understand the risk of delayed or withheld payouts, even after verified transactions and completed services.

I bought a paysafe card and it was blocked, got redirected to their customer service. There, they requested a photo of the paysafe bill with a code written on it as proof that it was actually me, along with other info, such as name, address and such. I did it. 2-3 weeks later, they sent me a mail, saying that i can get a refund for the blocked code, they just need id photo, banking info and such.
Why can they not just re-activate the code? Why can't they just send me a new code? Why do I need to give them all of my info, for a refund, when I just want a working code? I read that some people went a step ahead anyway, gave them that info, just to be asked for more info after. Their customer service does not deal with these problems, they eithwr say that they won t do anything about it or just send a no reply response, puahing the refund. Paysafe, your rating is 1.3, at this point, you're almost at the lowest rating anyone can be. You need to reconsider the way you treat your customers and how you do things.

Ich habe mir an der Tankstelle zwei Mal 100€ Paysafecard geholt. Dann wollte ich damit zahlen aber um damit zu zahlen braucht man mittlerweile einen Account plus Ausweis kontrolle, naja gesagt getan und es passiert genau NIX. Ich habe das vor einer Woche gemacht und ich bin immernoch nicht verifiziert obwohl dort steht das es weniger Minuten dauert. Ich habe schon 100 mal den Support geschrieben aber man bekommt keine Antwort. Anrufen kann man auch vergessen weil man egal um welche Uhrzeit man anruft kommt das es außerhalb der Geschäftszeiten ist. Aber das beste kommt dann noch die einzige Reaktion auf meine Support fälle ist das die ohne Grund mein Account einfach gesperrt haben. Ich glaube da hilft nur der Weg über den Anwalt um meine 200€ die auf den Account sind zurück zu holen. LASST DIE FINGER WEG VON DIESEM BETRÜGER UNTERNEHMEN!!! This is an absolute joke. Over a week ago, I topped up my account with a €150 Paysafecard. Shortly after, Paysafe froze my account without any apparent reason, and I can no longer access my money.
As requested, I immediately uploaded a photo of my ID and the purchase receipt. Since then, there has been absolutely no response from Paysafe. Not a single reply—only a generic message saying that the issue has been forwarded to the appropriate department.
This is completely unacceptable. I urgently needed that money and still do. Do yourselves a favor and never use Paysafe. I strongly advise all friends and acquaintances to avoid it as well. What is happening here is beyond unacceptable.

I deposited 55 euro in my paysafe and they just scammed me and they are giving me my money back and for no reason they are replying with some stupid emails that I never registered this account & many more and now they replied I registered account with another email and deleted my account without even confirming clearly they got my money and not willing to give it back to me. I tried and it was a very bad experience and this 55 euro means a lot to me which they just wanished for no reason. And they are not even giving me any good information. I have sent so many emails and every time they reply with nonsense I have all proofs emails that I deposited money. I am trying from last one month and it's been over a month still trying to get back the money.

Ich habe mein Konto aufgeladen und wollte im Shop bezahlen. Da die Zahlung wurde abgelehnt wurde habe ich versucht den Support zu kontaktieren. Der bot kann gar nichts. Habe fast eine Stunde versucht eine vernünftige Antwort zu bekommen. Vergebens. Dann wollte ich eine Nachricht an den Support schreiben. Wurde jedes Mal aus technischen Gründen nicht verarbeitet .
Das ist kein Support sondern eine Frechheit !!! Ich werde sehen dass ich mein Geld zurück bekomme (was wahrscheinlich aus technischen Gründen nicht möglich ist) und nie wieder auch nur einen Cent bei paysafe einzahlen !!!!!

My experience with Paysafe has been absolutely outrageous and deserves nothing less than a serious warning to anyone considering using their services.
Opening an account is incredibly easy and fast — almost suspiciously so. But the moment you actually start using the platform as intended and in line with their own terms and conditions, everything changes. Without any clear reason or explanation, your account suddenly gets blocked. No warning, no transparency, no proper communication.
The worst part? Your money gets locked, and it feels like it simply disappears. Attempts to contact customer support lead nowhere — just generic responses or complete silence. There is zero accountability and no real effort to help resolve the issue.
This does not feel like a trustworthy financial service provider, but rather a system designed to bring users in and then leave them stranded once real money is involved.
My advice is simple: stay far away. There are plenty of alternatives that are transparent, fair, and actually respect their customers. Paysafe does not deserve your trust.

The fees are more than what was disclosed when I signed up
I would like to have the funds help until I transfer them to the bank like I did with PayPal.
The funds come in to the account at different times and batched at times so it is hard to track which people paid and when.
