I own a small remodeling company in Atlanta GA. I came across a client that wanted to hire us for a small project but he wanted to pay with a credit card, I had never taken credit card payments before, I thought I would try to accommodate this client and take his Credit Card payment.
Unfortunately, Paysafe came in the picture and I ended up opening an account with them.
I told them I never really run into clients that need to pay with credit cards but they still guided me into opening an account.
They charged me approximately 4% for processing the couple of transactions I charged my client…
About 18 months later I noticed some monthly recurring bank drafts on the amount of $227 (some months exceeded $400) under a sketchy posted name I couldn’t figure out who was drafting the money. I had to go into the bank to be able to track this company and after several calls to different sources I was able to see it was these Paysafe thieves behind that sketchy bank draft quietly sucking up my business account every month. I began trying to speak with someone from Paysafe but it was impossible. I sent several emails begging them to terminate this account (I had only really used it a couple of times for that one client 18 months ago)… I never got a response, no way for me to cancel this useless “service” I never use. My next best choice was to apply a stop payment directly from my bank.
Now these thieves have sent me a letter from a law firm wanting almost $500 to settle my account!!! And of course, you guessed it… this is in collection 🤯
HORRIBLE COMPANY! Paysafe should be banned and terminated from doing any business at all.
Customer service is nonexistent!

If I could would be zero stars , I had 50 in my paysafe account and wanted to withdraw into my bank account , by the time I got it about a week later I only receive 38 of the 50 dollars and bank charged me another 13 for wire so for the 50 dollars I ended up getting 25 dollars , will never use paysafe ever again and deleted app .. crooks

Ich finde es scheise das man nur mit Beträgen bezahlen kann die Gerade sind und man so viel steuern drauf bekommt wenn man sich zum beispiel 10 euro auflädt kann man nur 5 ausgeben wegen den steuern und mit den restliche geld wie bei mir hab nur noch 4.64 ist es einfach nutzlos

Rechtlich gesehen gibt es absolut keinen Grund mehr, mein Geld einzubehalten. Der Fall liegt angeblich beim Beschwerdeteam, aber es passiert einfach nichts.Ich brauche mein Geld dringend zurück. Sollte das Konto nicht umgehend freigeschaltet oder der Betrag erstattet werden, werde ich den Fall offiziell an die zuständige Finanzmarktaufsicht weiterleit, und das schöne dabei ist das sie mit Sarkasmus oben drauf antworten, sie bedanken sich auch für meine Geduld! I am writing to request urgent escalation from Paysafe Group regarding my restricted Skrill account holding €800.
All required AML/KYC verification documents, including a valid utility bill compliant with EU standards, have been fully submitted. Since the issue remains unresolved, a formal complaint has been lodged with the Financial Services and Pensions Ombudsman (FSPO) under reference 341959.
I ask Paysafe management to direct this ticket to the compliance team for an immediate manual review and release of funds.

Avoid giving these people your information. They will light up your phone and email with spam. I told them several times to stop but they just get someone else to send the spam. Also, after I gave them my information, I had to cancel my debit card because someone tried using the information to buy something.STAY AWAY!!! My experience is ongoing to this date.

My NETELLER account has been restricted since August 17, 2026, and approximately USD 2,600 of my own funds remain inaccessible.

I have contacted NETELLER support several times and received mostly automated responses. One of my cases was even marked as “Resolved” while my account remained restricted.

I also contacted Paysafe directly and received support protocol 06441163. I was informed that I would receive a response within 24 business hours, but I have not received an effective resolution.

NETELLER has also responded to my Trustpilot review by directing me back to the same support channel I have already used repeatedly, which does not resolve the problem.

Since NETELLER is a service provided by Paysafe Financial Services Limited, I am asking Paysafe to escalate this matter and provide a substantive response.

I am not asking for special treatment. I am asking for an explanation of the restriction, information about any documentation required from me, and restoration of access to my approximately USD 2,600 or clear instructions for withdrawing my funds.

I signed up with this company after being in business for nearly **8 years**. Unfortunately, on my **very first transaction**, my account was closed and my funds were placed on hold.

I understand that payment processors have risk and compliance procedures, but what has happened since then has been extremely frustrating. I have been waiting approximately **180 days** for the release of my funds.

I previously filed a complaint with the BBB (**Case #24620560**), and the company represented that my funds would be released on **August 31, 2026**. That date has now passed, and the funds still have not been released.

My biggest concern is not simply that the account was closed. It's that my money has been held for approximately 180 days, and the company has now failed to follow through on the release date it provided.

After nearly eight years in business, I have never experienced anything like this with a payment processor. I would strongly encourage other business owners to understand the company's fund-hold and reserve policies very carefully before processing payments through them.

I am still waiting for my funds to be returned and for a clear explanation of why they continue to be held.

I never used the service. Paysafe failed to actually close the account on their end, charged me for 3 months, and now claims it’s my fault. They admit they have the phone records of my cancellation but still refuse to refund my money. Do not trust them with your business. They responded. Another scam when you follow the link you have to input all your information and it take you to seller's page, if you don't believe me try it.

Reporting these fraudsters and scammers to the FCA

Eigentlich wollte ich 0 stterne geben. Kundendienstlich ein schrott. Habe geld verloren und hilfestellung nicht möglich.. absolute katastrophe

I have tried for days to come in contact with a human through the support team to no avail. My account has been hacked and accessed by other people and ive asked PaySafe to delete my account since i dont use their services anymore. Yet they ignore my every case. DO NOT SIGN UP TO THIS COMPANY, THEY WONT DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT WHEN ASKED FOR IT.

I got credit card payments totaling almost 7,000.00 and it's been nine days and they still have not been sent to my account I still cannot access this money that money needs to pay my supplier and now there checks bounced and they don't wanna accept my checks anymore that make thing little difficult not to mention the fees.. I. Call 3 times and still nobody can really tell me anything except the account is on hold the lady that can approve it has been out of office she will be back tomorrow and review yet tomorrow came and gone and still heard nothing and got. O money. Thanks for that .

Casey, my salesman was outstanding. The problem is I made 2 transactions totaling 5200$ and all of sudden paysafe closed my account without paying what I am owed. No one can help me and I cannot get anyone to give me a reason why paysafe kept my money and closed my account. Technically paysafe stole money from my customers because I never got the money. I wonder what these hospitals will say when I tell them I never got paid. Casey is getting 5 stars from but paysafe will not be getting any stars.

They sent a secondary code. I did not get an E-mail and I only have a land line , no call, won't accept text.
Now they want my bank info plus a passport photo...not going to happen.

Hochgradig unseriös, ich habe vor 7 Tagen eine Rückerstattung über 30 Euro von einem Händler erhalten, jedoch ist diese nicht meinem Paysafe Konto gutgeschrieben worden. Um mit dem Support Mitarbeiter in Kontakt treten zu können, ist es notwendig Bilder vom Personalausweis in Verbindung mit Bildern von Kontoauszügen hochzuladen. Unseriöser geht es kaum. Soll ich die PIN auch gleich mitsenden?
Was hat eine Erstattung von einem Händler auf mein Paysafe Konto mit meinen Kontoauszügen und Personalausweis zu tun?
Die 30 Euro wird Paysafe wohl unterschlagen und durch Betrug einfach einbehalten.
Lasst die Finger von diesen Betrügern.

Sicher geht anders – für mich nie wieder paysafecard

Ohne irgendeine Interaktion oder Freigabe meinerseits konnten Unbekannte rund 25 CHF von meiner paysafecard abbuchen.

Es gab keine 2FA-Abfrage und keine Bestätigung der Transaktion durch mich. Stattdessen erhielt ich innerhalb von etwa fünf Minuten zwei E-Mails: Eine informierte mich über einen Zugriff aus Deutschland, eine weitere über einen Zugriff aus Frankreich – und kurz darauf war die Transaktion bereits ausgeführt.

Für einen Zahlungsdienst erwarte ich, dass ein verdächtiger Zugriff und insbesondere eine Abbuchung zumindest durch eine zusätzliche Sicherheitsabfrage abgesichert werden.

Dass offenbar jemand auf mein Guthaben zugreifen und Geld abbuchen konnte, ohne dass ich die Transaktion bestätigen musste, halte ich für äußerst bedenklich.

Sicher geht anders. Für mich war das die letzte paysafecard.

Die offenbar automatisierten KI-Antworten – sowohl hier auf Trustpilot als auch per E-Mail – vermitteln zwar den Eindruck von Interesse an einer Lösung, helfen in der Sache jedoch nicht weiter.

Besonders fragwürdig finde ich die Aufforderung, weitere persönliche Daten an paysafecard zu übermitteln, obwohl gleichzeitig keinerlei konkrete Aussicht auf eine Klärung oder Erstattung aufgezeigt wird.

Das setzt dem bisherigen Umgang mit dem Vorfall noch die Krone auf. - Hände weg von Paysafe!!!
