Did they failed to tell me about the probation period and they took a payment from one of my clients and I nearly lost that client so I don't use the service no more I am subscribed

Stay away from Paysafe. What was presented as a low monthly cost turned into much higher recurring fees, even with $0 processing activity. It was extremely difficult to cancel, the charges on my bank account were not clearly identified as Paysafe, and eventually they sent the account to collections. Very frustrating experience.

Company stole my customers money even after I was approved never transferred money to my account after 30 days with them they canceled my account and know screwing them over.

Horrible experience, we ended up cancelling. Sent their equipment back within schedule timeframe with delivery confirmation. They tried multiple times to debit our account for the equipment. Tried to charge us for two pieces of equipment, even though we only had one. I would not suggest doing business with them.

Classic case of witholding $8,000+ for no reason for 180 days. We have proceeded with legal action

Too many hidden charges for no reason

Fast deposit! Easy to use.
The customer pays for me to accept their card.
However I need someone to answer why a deduction is made out of my checking account, I believe the additional charge on top of my entered amount paid for this service. I await an explanation please. Just so I understand the process. Thank you.

My experience did not reflect the reason that I chose this company. It was highly recommended because it does not assess absorbent fees, however, that is not the case and I was not offered a remedy that provided me with a resolution. To charge me $18.89 because I did not process $750 when I my sales person knew that I was a startup business. I asked him for clarification about fees, and he said that there were no monthly fees. What is referred to as a fee is not described clearly on the contract that I signed. I look forward to severing my relationship with Paysafe because I was not safe. I couldn't even get a one time exception and you've overdrawn my bank account for $58. I am appalled in the way that you run this service.

if I could give y'all a quarter of one star that is exactly what you'd get. y'all did me shitty and stole from me. so anyone seeing this I would not to see paysafe because they will steal from you

PAYSAFE WITHDREW HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS WITHOUT MY PERMISSION FRON MY ACCOUNT. MY ACCOUT WAS INCTIVE AND THEY CONTINUED TO CHARGE MONTHLY. WHEN I TRIED TO CANCEL THEY GAVE ME A HARD TIME AND SAID THEY WERE UNABLE TO SEMD THE LINK TO CANCEL.

Terrible customer service, held up perfectly legimate deposits for a week for 'safety concerns" . Extremely poor and slow communication.

savannah has been extremely helpful throughout the entire process. she explained everything i needed to do and what to expect every step of the way. i had no surprises and the entire process went smoother than i ever expected.

very difficult to communicate with. make decisions without notification. Hold funds with no explanation for weeks and they just dont care about customers.

The service and the customer service were trash. I canceled that service and returned the equipment, and they still were charging my account.

Works Everytime perfectly. I have referred this product. I have not had to use cust svc yet.

Paysafe continually adds hidden fees. I am tired of wasting time on the phone trying to reduce or opt out of monthly fees. It is ridiculous. We are a very small company, and do not receive a huge amount of card payments. It seems Paysafe desires to charge the same fees to everyone, regardless if you receive $2000 per month in card payments, or $200,000.
Disgusted.

If I could give a rating of 0 stars I would. Horrible service their more expensive then square I wanted to cancel the service and they said I needed to pay $800 to cancel service I don’t even use this service any more but every month their charging me. Do not use them they are a huge scam.
