I would strongly caution other business owners before signing a contract with Paysafe or any company presented as part of its payment processing arrangement. In my experience, getting out of the agreement was extremely difficult. I never received the payment device I was supposed to use, yet I was still being charged a monthly fee nine months after my business had closed.

When I questioned the charges, I was told that Paysafe was only an intermediary and that another company was billing me. From my perspective, the different company names made it harder to understand who was responsible and how to stop the charges. I would not trust this arrangement again. Before signing anything, demand a clear written explanation of every company involved, every monthly fee, and exactly how to cancel.

Never, ever use this service under any circumstances!!!! It's an absolute scam and a total disgrace!
​Getting a refund for a code bought at a gas station is a completely impossible mission with them! Even though there is a form to fill out – which I honestly and fully completed – they refuse to refund my money, and they don't even bother to reply properly. Instead, they demand such sensitive, private data as if they were a pure phishing site!
​As if that wasn't enough, they constantly spam you with all sorts of stupid, automated emails saying your "case is about to expire" or to "log in", even though I never wanted and still don't want any kind of registration with them! The whole company is a robbery, they swallow your money, and customer support is zero. Everyone, stay away from this fraudulent Paysafe system as far as you possibly can! -1 star!

Terrible service. My payment processing account was shut down within a week for allegedly being “high risk,” despite having over 200 transactions without a single dispute. To make matters worse, their support team was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. I intentionally waited until my funds were released before posting this review. I strongly recommend staying away from this company, especially if you’re looking for a reliable payment processor.

Konto wurde gesperrt weil angeblich gegen die AGBs verstoßen wurde. Was allerdings nicht der Fall war. Eigentlich war ich die letzten 2 Jahre zufrieden, allerdings wartet man knapp 2 Wochen auf Klärung und dann bekommt man eine Nachricht das mein Konto dauerhaft geschlossen wird.

Absolutely awful company to deal with made a withdrawal over seven days ago now 5 of them being business days and they still want to drag their feet the customer service is shoddy and zero help they string it out but I’m sure their fee is already cleared for them awful company to deal with swerve them if you can !!

The sales person Jim really missed up on our application and insteaded on a new credit card machine witch we did not need headaches through whole process closed all our with paysafe after would never recommend pay safe to any of our other fellow business owners poor service fees that were charged for services we never received and headaches for refunds for a company I have never worked with from the start

It is a legal scam, don't fall for it.

They never tell you about the fees they will charge you, in case you don't comply with the sales. I acted month by month $90 and I didn't know until about 13 months passed, take out your accounts and don't fall into your hidden fees

You cant even change our company name. We've been filling out all the documents you've submitted to us we've followed all your steps and y'all still refuse to give us our hard working money back to us. Your company our thieves you steal from the hard-working American people you have no right to delay any money that belongs to me you refuse to change my company name after we filled out the proper documents it's not hard to change RJ's West Texas drains to Ruben Gonzalez we have filled that out everything you've given us properly and we still have not received our money since July 23 it's already September and you keep pulling out monthly fees out of my checking account and charge me $23 for a negative balance and you're trying to collect your $32 for return check fee when you're still holding my money this is theft I'm not going to put money in my account until all this is settled and next month is coming around the corner and you're still going to try to pull out this is unprofessional this is a scheme a scam

I continually reach out to the person who signed me up and never a response and now it looks like I’m getting a 80 dollar charge a month and no one can call back to explain as well as the new payment increases that no one wants to explain to me how it works
