Very disappointed
Very disappointed with the customer service. We placed a really large order with you for 38 decorations packs, worth over £300 in total and only received 1 pack. We've been trying to get in contact for almost a month now with no reply. We've tried email, social media and a phone number that leads nowhere. Please get back in touch with us to arrange a refund and discuss this further.

Just to respond to you regarding the customer service, I've checked our emailing system and we have no emails from you regarding your order. All emails are responded to within 48 hours so I'm unsure if you've emailed the correct email address.
In regards to the phone line we no longer have a phone line which is why you're unable to get through - unfortunately, we're also having issue's with our social media so we're unable to gain access at the moment - we're working closely with META to get this fixed but I just wanted to reassure you that we do want to help and nobody is ignoring you.

How this company has the nerve to take money from people is beyond me. I'm in the same boat as countless others that have left reviews.
Ordered a costume for world book day, paid for express delivery. Item arrived late. I returned straight away in good faith and was told I would receive a full refund. That was two months ago!
Would never use this company again and if this review saves the money of even one potential customer I'd be happy - go elsewhere!
Party delights - stop trading when you clearly can't fulfill orders, or at least return the money to those that you owe to.

Order not received on my nominated day !
Placed and ordered to be delivered on a nominated day which was yesterday the 23rd. Special balloon for my best friends birthday meal.
Never arrived and haven't even received any tracking information to even say it's been sent. Absolute waste of money and ruined the suprise.
When they finally reply I will want a refund, if not then I will be raising a dispute with my bank

I'm terribly sorry that your order wasn't shipped in time! There was a technical issue with your order which is why it wasn't shipped.
I can see that you emailed our team on Friday the 23rd at 5:30pm, you then received an immediate auto response explaining you'd receive a reply within 48 hours (excluding the weekend) you then received a reply from our team on Monday the 27th at 12pm apologising for the inconvenience and confirming a full refund was processed.
I'm pleased to see that the team dealt with the quickly and efficiently for you but we are truly sorry that you didn't get to receive the balloon for your best friends birthday meal - we do still hope you all had a lovely time.

Refund not given and no reply from company - DO NOT USE
I ordered a world book day costume for my son in February and it didn't fit so I returned it. The return was received by Party Delights on 1st March and I have still not had a refund. I have emailed several times, sent messages on Facebook several times and no one is replying to me. Customer services is terrible, will not be ordering from them again.

I was hoping to prove a few negative reviews on here wrong by a putting trust into the company, but sadly, so far, they are right.
I ordered 2 helium canisters, only 1 arrived - hence why I gave 3 stars. I have emailed the company, as there is no phone number, which I find strange, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Today, is 2 days since I emailed and I've not had a reply. I am still hoping to get a response or at least my second canister, preferably the latter, as I need it for a hen do in a weeks time. I will update my review when I hear more.

Still no response from them. I would not use this company again.

I cannot contact this company
I cannot contact this company. Are they legit. I ordered goods for my child’s holy communion 8 days ago. Child’s holy communion is this Saturday and order has not been dispatched. Are they legit as there is no reply to my emails and their social media is not used since 2024

I was only emailed by party delights today. I have emailed back to look for refund as delivery is not promised til 6th June. I thought when I ordered two weeks would be a reasonable time for delivery. I ordered off party delights.ie and this is misleading as this is not an Irish company

I can see that you emailed our customer service team on the 13th at 2:30 pm requesting information on your order, they have emailed you back today on the 14th at 3pm explaining that your order isn't due to be delivered until the 4th of June.
We do state the estimated delivery date at checkout in bold writing before you purchase so that you're made aware of this beforehand.
As we can't get it to you in time the team have mentioned if you wish to cancel the order to please reply to the email and they'll get back to you within 48 hours.

They don't like to refund
Ordered a costume for world book day, nearly 2 weeks before. Didn't arrive until AFTER world book day. So I sent the product back (March 17th) and I STILL haven't received my refund (today is May 8th) I have emailed the company. They claim to have not received my order. I know for a fact they have. Going through my emails I had the SAME issue with them in October 2022.
Do NOT order from this company!!

I can see they've asked for proof of postage and if you were able to send this over they could refund it for you straight away.
Unfortunately, as mentioned on the email thread without us having reeived your return or proof that it was returned we're unable to refund it at this time. The team have advise you contact the company you returned it through and hopefully they have some form of tracking.

Delivered as scheduled
I've used Party Delights several times in the past and never had any issues so decided to use them again to get bits for a VE day celebration. As I was a bit late ordering I paid for express delivery so that it would arrive 7th May (so the day before I needed them on the 8th). By the afternoon of the 6th I was a bit concerned I hadn't had a dispatch email from them and had a look at the reviews on here to see if anyone else had any issues. I then got really worried that I'd been scammed the same as many people on here seem to have been, so I then sent them an email to confirm if it was definitely going to be delivered today. I never got any reply to that email but really late last night I got a dispatch email to say the order had been sent and with a tracking link (the link didn't work). After reading all the negative reviews, having no specific reply to my email, and having a tracking link that didn't work I came to the conclusion that I'd suffered the same fate as everyone else on here. Then to my surprise it arrived at 8am this morning! It was well packaged and everything was there as ordered. Very happy, thanks.
EDIT - as per the response below, I can confirm that Party Delights did reply to my initial email this afternoon (7th May).

I ordered a load of bits for a kids party in March, the estimated delivery date was 2 days before the party but everything was delivered after the party. I emailed before as I had no dispatch email to cancel everything but had no response. I returned everything on the 29th March but still haven’t had an email from them…

I'm truly sorry that we couldn't fulfil your order on time on this occasion - we're having some technical issues with the courier company that we use in Ireland at the moment which means orders are taking a while to get to customers.

The online payment said something went wrong! So I tried several more times - same thing! Then I got an email saying I have 4 deliveries coming. Their email addresses didn't work. I began to think this was a scam company, but they did cancel the extra orders and I did actually receive one of my orders on time. So all good in the end.

I can see you did indeed make 3 orders with us but we were notified of this and 2 were cancelled and refunded immediately.
I've had a look at the order that processed this was due to arrive on the 2nd of May for you and looking at the tracking it did indeed arrive on the 2nd of May and all looks ok.
I can see that you left this review on the 29th before speaking with us and receiving your order so appreciate at the time you may have been worried but I can confirm everything with your order is now OK and we can see this has been received.

I placed an order today and the payment was declined. I then went to my bank account to find party delights had taken 70 Euro from my account 7 times!
I immdeiately went to contact party delights, like many people have already said previously the number online is not in use. I have emailed the company & waiting to get a reply and am hoping this order will be refunded.

UPDATE. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM WAS VERY EFFICIENT AND HELPFUL AND I GOT A FULL REFUND AS THE DELIVERY TIME WAS TOO LATE FOR THE PARTY. I UPDATED MY RATING. ONLY DEDUCTED PNE STAR AS THE DELIVERY TIME IS 4-5 WEEKS.

I can confirm that when you placed the order we stated on the listing, on our delivery page and also at checkout the estimated time of delivery - this was also emailed in your confirmation email.
I can see that you emailed our team on the 28th (the same date you left the review) and our team replied to your email within 24 hours explaining when your order will arrive. The order was then cancelled as you requested.

Dreadful company - placed order and paid for express delivery, goods didn’t arrive on time (or the following day) - unable to call them (no phone number) and did not reply to emails for days. Goods returned - at my cost, no communication and no refund ever since. Escalating accordingly - I urge you not to trust them - their only strength is marketing.

Purchased order for 3 x balloon bouquets for my wife’s 50th Birthday, ordered in good time, paid for nominated delivery day, money, taken, order acknowledged by email, nothing arrived, no response from emails, phone number not recognised, requested a full refund. Wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Beware as I believe this company has gone into administration.

I'm so sorry about this and that there has been an issue with your order. It looks like there was a delay in your payment provider releasing the funds for your order which means it didn't process through our system correctly - this is why the order wasn't sent.
I've checked our emailing system and am unable to see any emails from your to our customer service team - I've sent you an email so we can look into this.
I can confirm your order has been fully refunded and again I've explained this via email.
Party Delights did go into administration last year in July but has been bought out by a new company and is trading as normal.
I am truly sorry for the inconvenience this has caused.

I can confirm we do state on the website to allow 3-4 weeks at the moment to receive your order, when you placed the order before you paid it stated that the order was due to be delivered to you on the 13th of May.
I can see that you emailed the customer service team on the 21st of April asking for an update, they replies less than 24 hours later on the 22nd to explain that it wasn't due to arrive until the 13th of May and at your request cancelled the order and processed a full refund.
I can see your review was posted on the 21st the same day you emailed, so appreciate you posted this before the reply was received from our team within 24 hours.
