Park Furnishers Anmeldelser

We purchased a beautiful stressless sofa and chair at Park Furnishers. We were assisted by a delightful gentleman by the name of James. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He made the purchase for us simple and straightforward. We will not hesitate to return. Thank you.

Amazing service from Neil looked after us from start to finish when buying a dining table and chairs and most importantly was not pushy. Cannot recommend the place highly enough. Will use again. Thanks Neil.

Excellent customer service. After visiting a number of local stores we returned to Park Furnishers to purchase our new bed. Neil was extremely helpful and informative in assisting us in our decision of which bed to purchase. We have shopped in Park Furnishers for many years and always found quality and price very competitive. Thanks again Neil.

After 2 visits to the showroom at Eastgate Retail Park, Bristol I went today to order a recliner sofa and chair.
Having previously been assisted by Paul, Neil handled things today.
Both staff have been friendly, helpful and informative, helping me to make choices. Well worth a visit if you are looking for furniture. Recommended.

We received excellent service from Neil. He was experienced, well informed and able to answer all of our questions with confidence. Really helpful.

Great help and advice from Neil. Let us make decisions in our own time without pressure. Hopefully the sofa is as good as the service when it arrives! Thanks again Neil.

I have been a customer of Park Furnishers for over 20 years and now is the time for my daughter to furnish her first home. Due to the customer care and quality of products Park Furnishers was the first store we visited. Neil the Sales Person was very friendly and introduced himself as soon as we entered the store. He then left us to browse the store whilst my daugher decided on the sofas she wanted. Once the decision was made Neil went through all the different options available to her and was very knowledgeable, being able to anwer all the questions put to him.

We have always loved Park Furniture and havw bought many a item from them. We visited with the purpose of buying pillows, which we did ... but also a new sofa ! We were assisted by Neil, he knew his stuff, helped and guided us with his knowledge in our purchase. Thank you for taking the time with us. Would always recommend them to anyone, they are now owned by Leekes and this is another company we buy from. Its nice to have the small family run shop to go to for quality and customer service

Having previously bought a Hypnos Exmoor double mattress and been very happy with it we decided to go back to Park Furnishers and buy the same mattress again in a single size along with a single bed frame.

Both times we have received excellent customer service from Neil who was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. We would definitely recommend Park Furnishers.

Richard & Rita.

We came into the store today & were greeted by 2 wonderful gentlemen’s called Neil & Paul. Amazing service and knowledge of the items we purchase, we brought many items and they neatly and carefully packed all the items for us and helped us to our vehicle, thank you both so much for your help, will definitely purchase from this store in the future.

Park Furniture is synonymous with quality and tradition in the Bristol area, and that’s exactly why we chose to visit. The showroom itself is a standout, modern, spacious, and filled with natural light, making it easy and enjoyable to explore the wide range of furniture on offer. The layout is thoughtfully designed, allowing you to look, compare, and contrast pieces without feeling rushed or crowded.

Customer care was excellent. Ian struck the perfect balance between giving us space to browse at our own pace and being available when we needed help. His product knowledge was impressive, he clearly explained the different options, helping us make an informed decision that suited both our needs and budget.

There’s a fantastic variety of fabrics to choose from, and what really stood out was the lack of any pushy sales tactics around extras or aftercare. It felt like an environment where you can truly buy with trust, supported by honest advice and genuine customer service.

Overall, a great experience from start to finish and highly recommended

Wanted to compliment Neil from the Bristol shop for outstanding service
He sourced and provided a spare part for our coffee table after it had been broken. He called me back a number of times and was so helpful in finding and locating this part. Thank you!

Great customer service. Ian took plenty of time to help us, and was very patient. He was knowledgeable and friendly without being pushy

Our in store experience was excellent . Neil was knowledgeable and helpful in guiding choices made . Non pushy sales . Quality of sofas appears very good, cannot comment further until delivered

I visited the store this morning needing some honest guidance. I was met by Neil who was very helpful indeed. He was knowledgeable about the products and gave me sound advice. I’m very impressed with PF’s customer service … 10/10! I fully recommend.

Both Neil and Ian gave excellent service, as knowledgeable, helpful and not over selling at all etc unlike all the other furniture stores we had been in that day. Would highly recommend either of them to deal with.

My 92 yr old mum purchased some furniture from the Eastgate store.. We were served by Neil. He was lovely. A very kind and patient man, who was very respectful to my mum. Top marks!

Ian helped me with buying my sofa on the 25th August and he was so helpful and professional. He offered me all the deals that were available and was really nice in general. I really recommend Ian for buying your perfect sofa!
