Would recommend MFI
I found MFI during a search for some new bed linen. They had just what I was after at a good price. Website was easy to use. Delivery was fast, items were well packaged and they were just as described. Would definitely use MFI again. Very happy.

Outstanding customer service
I didn't think companies did customer service like this anymore! There was an adjustment with the amount of available stock for my order - Victoria Mansfield contacted me straight away and provided a good solution. She was very nice, caring and proactive. I was honestly so impressed! I'll be ordering from MFI more frequently going forward

I am still waiting for the goods. Not a good experience at all. I would not advise anyone to do the shopping at MFI.

I needed to refund a light switch and contacted their customer service for some assistance as it wasn’t a straight forward refund. Victoria Mansfield really helped me with my query and she ensured I was fully updated at all times and resolved my issue.

Prompt replacement of damaged item
Victoria Mansfield was very helpful in dealing with my query. She arranged for a replacement for the table which had arrived in a damaged state, and was extremely polite and efficient. 5 stars definitely deserved!

Excellent Customer Service
My item came out of stock after i placed my order ,but Victoria Mansfield keep me update on the phone and by email ,she called and let me know that the item still did not come in today ,she then ageed to contact me in few days to let me know if any update and if hopeful when it would come in stock, she also greed to upgrade my delivery once the item comes is in stock ,excellent customer service from victoria well done, just what all customers want someone that goes that extra mile for a customer.
