Worked with Anaisa to identify the correct TO product range so I could extend a sofa I purchased in 2020. I had no info on the sofa & I’d bought it through Sofa Workshop so TO couldn’t help with order details. Through photos, measurements & a couple of phone calls, I’m pleased to say we did it! I’m about to order the 2 extra units I need & I believe that a large part of my decision has been the positive experience of working with Anaisa on a query that could have easily come to nothing for both of us.

I love the Timothy Oulton furniture and find it to be design forward, without sacrificing comfort. The shop on Kings Road sparks inspiration in their displays and the Timothy Outlon team, particularly Rachel, are excellent ambassadors of the brand - knowledgable and interested to engage in my design process.

Some really innovative pieces, very different with the emphasis on fun.
Great service from Keelin, an absolute star!

We looked through a number of shops in an attempt to furnish our flat in London. The craftsmanship and quality of the furniture at Timothy Oulton really appealed to us. The service we received from Keelin was exceptional and her guidance and patience helped make the experience one we will fondly remember as we furnish our home. Thank you!

She was thoughtful, patient, and meticulous at every stage—taking detailed measurements, providing helpful renderings, and carefully considering the proportions and requirements of my space. Her guidance made what was proving to be a difficult decision feel clear and well supported. A genuinely high level of service and attention to detail.

It was an excellent, thoroughly enjoyable showroom experience on Kings Rd - I have long admired the story and vision behind Timothy Oulton and it did not disappoint. Rachel was a true brand ambassador - loved hearing about the attributes and aesthetics for each design. Highly recommend.

Just visiting the beautiful and quirky showroom on Tottenham Court Road was an absolute delight. The items on show are top notch quality but also fabulous and often unique creative design. The Saddle Chair and Footstool is not just sculpturally impressive, it is wonderfully comfortable. I really hope we end up buying one, as on this visit I just took home a couple of lambskin bolster cushions which convert any straight backed chair or chesterfield into the ultimate in lumbar support!

We had seen a few Timothy Oulton items in Guildford Barker and Stonehouse but it is much more exciting and inspiring to see them in the showroom. Keelin O’Shea was particularly helpful and informative and made us feel like welcome guests rather than ordinary shoppers and sent us images of our prospective purchases in different layouts. I particularly enjoyed being brought a tray of tea in the royal china whilst trying out a particularly comfortable sofa. I’m wondering whether if I visit the bigger showroom in Chelsea, will there be cake ?🤣!

I was very impressed by this beautiful showroom. We were assisted by Sam, who was very knowledgeable, and could answer any questions I had. He was happy to let us wander round, with just the right level of helpfulness. The whole process of ordering was straightforward, despite there being plenty of choices of leather and finishes.

Where to start. What an incredible and inspiring showroom at Tottenham Court Road. So much to look at. The staff are all so friendly and knowledgeable of the products. Fantastic store with some very interesting and obscure pieces that you wouldn't find in most furniture shops. The staff were fantastic; we were offered drinks while browsing, which made the experience relaxed and enjoyable rather than rushed. The sofa selection was very good and I ended up purchasing one for my new house. I would thoroughly recommend visiting them and can't thank the staff enough.

It was a pleasure dealing with Sam. Even though I’m based in Canada, the whole process was handled very smoothly. He was professional, responsive, and very attentive throughout, making sure everything was taken care of. His communication was clear and thoughtful, and I really appreciated his support. A very positive experience overall, and I would definitely be happy to work with him again.

Great products and service from Sam as always at TO Bluebird building London. We have multiple pieces from TO over the years and everyone has been fantastic and still look as new.

Olivia was wonderful in every aspect. She kept me informed at every stage whilst sorting out my issue and I can't thank her enough. She sent our replacement with a lovely hand written card which was a lovely touch.
