Worst Umbrella - AVOID
Worst umbrella company. Payslips do not make any sense at all. Worst customer service. Continuous catalogue of errors with margins and payslips. Avoid Avoid Avoid. There are better umbrella companies that show clear payslips. This company has the worst director too that does not care about their clients.

no timesheet available first week Issue with ID that initial person i spoke to I found dismissive although I had encounter similar issues previously. Eventual someone listened upstanding issue and solved it within 15 minutes

Delusional
They live in a delusional world of saying they are an employer, but don’t actually cover any of the employer liabilities. Now I understand that is how the model works and it’s just a technicality, but these people actually believe that they are your employer. Insane. They steal money from the saving you make on pension contributions. Just keep it because they can; literally stealing
They get 2 stars because despite the delusions and the stealing, they are very good and efficient at responding to ANY questions or queries you have. I do like their comms and responses times

multiple uses of webchat
Used the webchat function a few times in the last couple of weeks, often getting through to someone called Jen A. Every single time, the chat has taken less than 3-4 mins as they just always know the answer immediately. Super helpful, gives the information needed, very nice and polite to speak to and does a very good job.

I terminated my contract with Parasol in September 2025 after moving to an internal PAYE role. The service Parasol provided over the years was outstanding. My pay was always correct and always on time. Today, I called at 9:12am because I had forgotten to download my P45 before leaving. I spoke with Andy E, who was incredibly helpful, kind and polite. By 9:17am, I had received a copy of my P45. Thank you to Andy E and all the staff at Parasol. You really do provide a five-star service, and I would highly recommend you to others.
