If I could give Parasol 0 stars I would. Please avoid at all costs! Multiple times I was not paid on time in breach of the payment terms. Each time I had to send emails myself to link up the agency and Parasol to get them to talk to each other and send formal 'letter before action' letters to inform Parasol I would be charging interest if payment was not made. Parasol simply send emails to 'query the payment' and wait for a response, even when the response isn't coming after 3 weeks! They do nothing to fulfil their responsibility that the contractor is paid for work invoiced. Parasol also wrongly processed my pay as monthly instead of weekly resulting in a missed pension contribution, again only resolved after I sought legal advice, and again Parasol simply waited almost one month for a response from the agency, which miraculously was received just after I asked for the name of the person they were talking to! Utterly disgraceful customer service and glad to have moved on to a different umbrella.

I have had a great experience using Parasol's pension management service provided by Lorraine. She has responded promptly and effectively to the slightly esoteric arrangements dictated by my pension provider, making my salary sacrifice pension contributions as smooth as possible. Many thanks!

Bad experience for me. Couldn’t get the support that I need

Poor attention to detail- name wrong on system so couldn’t be found. Portal Emails all sent to a client address so I couldn’t see them to sign the contract

and access to portal only arrange 24 hours after I started my contract date.

Been using parasol for the last 5 months always had positive experiences with them
Sometimes had problems with late payments however they are easily contactable and quick to rectify any issues

A swift and prompt turnaround for a reference request. Courtesy mail follow up too. Thank you for a great service.

It took a while to get the correct information across to me as a new starter to be able to access on boarding and there where times I felt that nobody was listening to what the problems where as they kept sending the same email to me and trying to call me when I was working
