I had a customer who needed a contractor on site within just 4 hours. I went straight to Natalie Grundy, my Account Manager at Parasol, and she jumped into action. Within 20 minutes, the candidate was contacted, registered and all the paperwork completed!

We’d been looking for an umbrella company and, naturally, approached some of the bigger providers first. However, I found the experience very transactional and felt that we would simply become another number, without the personal support we needed.
Then I came across you guys. I had such a positive initial experience with Jade and Kirsten that I immediately felt we would be well looked after. Knowing that, if I had a problem, I could simply pick up the phone and someone would be there to help was huge for me.
Since we started working together, Charlotte has always been incredibly pleasant and willing to help-or quickly put me in touch with the right person. Amy has also been amazing, working very closely with me to get everyone onboarded and ensuring everything ran as smoothly as possible.
The whole team has been approachable, supportive, and genuinely lovely to deal with. Please pass on my thanks to everyone involved-they’re a real credit to the company, and I’m very pleased that we chose to work with you.

We’ve had a really positive experience working with Parasol as part of our PSL. Their customer service is excellent, and the team have a strong understanding of the umbrella market, which makes things much easier when dealing with queries or more complex situations.
A special mention to Kirsten White, who is a fantastic Account Manager. She’s always on hand when we need support, quick to respond and genuinely helpful. It’s great having someone we can rely on who understands both our needs and those of our contractors.
Overall, Parasol have been a great partner for Venquis and we’re very happy with the service they provide.
