Today Michelle M quickly resolved my two queries. First one was related to incorrect information that needed to be updated on a new assignment - this was swiftly resolved. First time contractor
I am just onboarding as a new inside IR35 Contractor with parasol and am extremely happy with the service in general especially from the Pension team namely Prabhjot Kaur who was so quick in responding with illustrations of projected take home for specific rates and contributions, so helpful in guiding me through this complex area of onboarding that I am not well up on at all. So far so excellent!

Fast and friendly service
Fast and friendly service, and always there when I need them. It can sometimes be tricky explaining what the issue is on occasion, but they are always patient and then playback what I've said, then offer up the best course to resolve my problem. Highly recommended to all!
