I always get a prompt response, both by phone or chat, by competent people who are able to understand and resolve my issues. Payments are promt too and fee very reasonable.

Today Michelle M quickly resolved my two queries. First one was related to incorrect information that needed to be updated on a new assignment - this was swiftly resolved. First time contractor
I am just onboarding as a new inside IR35 Contractor with parasol and am extremely happy with the service in general especially from the Pension team namely Prabhjot Kaur who was so quick in responding with illustrations of projected take home for specific rates and contributions, so helpful in guiding me through this complex area of onboarding that I am not well up on at all. So far so excellent!
